Study On The Construction Strategy Of Health Literacy System Of Residents In Daqing City

With China’s industrialization and urbanization process,the coming population aging and continuously changing lifestyle arouse declining ecological environment and transfrring disease spectrum,especially after the outbreak of COVID-19,residents’ health literacy has been the focus of the political and academic circles.Since the “new era”,in order to improve residents’ health literacy,China has taken various measures,including legislation,health integration into all policies,promoting the construction of “healthy China”,and so on.However,according to the national health literacy monitoring results in recent years,the overall health literacy of Chinese residents is still low,the gap between urban and rural areas is uneven,and the health literacy of the elderly population is low,which has become a thorny problem in improving the quality of China’s population.the China 19 th National Congress report contains “healthy China”,which was proposed firstly to promote people’s health to the new level.With the process of national governance modernization,residents’ health literacy has been included in the national “healthy China 2030” planning outline,and has become an important part of government work at all levels.Based on this,this paper studies according to the idea of “theoretical support empirical investigation and influencing factors analysis current policy analysis contrast to the actual gap between policy supply and residents’ needs-put forward countermeasures for the construction of health literacy system”.Firstly,this paper reviews the investigation and research conclusions of at home and abroad in related fields,and compares and analyzes the residents’ health literacy system in developed countries and typical cities in China.Secondly,in order to grasp the specific situation of Daqing residents’ health literacy and explore the the crux of the matter,this paper institute an enquiry into the level of health knowledge and ability of urban and rural people who lives in Daqing,and carry out in-depth analysis of the causes of problems according to the demographic characteristics,and finds out the important influencing factors such as urban-rural differences,education background,income level,etc.Thirdly,the text analysis and satisfaction survey were used to analyze the current health literacy promotion methods in Daqing city.Finally,combined with the health literacy system model proposed in this paper,aiming at the elements of the four layer system,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the construction of Daqing health literacy system,which are “macro system as guarantee,outer system to support,intermediate system to exert influence,micro system to give feedback”,hoping to form the pattern of “Government led,social participation,expert guide,media communication,community support,family influence,individual self-determination”.The Countermeasures in this paper can provide some ideas for the next step of healthy city construction in Daqing City,and can also provide reference for other city residents to improve their health literacy.
