As the need of people’s livelihood,medical care has been widely concerned by the state,society and the media.With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of the people’s legal awareness,patients have put forward higher requirements for the service attributes of the medical industry.At this time,in the context of the new socialist era,how to face the doctor-patient relationship,how to avoid doctor-patient disputes,how to deal with doctor-patient contradictions,it is particularly important.The key to solve these problems lies in how to carry out reasonable and effective doctor-patient communication.Taking D Hospital as the research object,this paper deeply analyzed the problems of doctor-patient communication in its medical technology department,summarized the causes of the problems combined with literature,and then put forward the improvement plan of doctor-patient communication.First of all,this paper analyses the problems existing in doctor-patient communication in the Medical Technology Department of D Hospital,and concludes that the main reasons are asymmetric information between doctors and patients,lack of credibility of information transmission,lack of process of transposition thinking,obstacles in doctor-patient communication,lack of conflict handling ability,lack of crisis management and communication training,and neglect of doctor-patient communication skills.Secondly,in view of the causes of the communication problems between doctors and patients,based on the mass reseach,the principles for improving communication are formulated,and then the strategies and skills for improving communication between doctors and patients are put forward.Finally,from the internal and external system of medical technology department,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures of organization,technology,service,regulation,system and culture to ensure the smooth implementation of improvement measures.Through the analysis and research in this paper,it not only solves communication problems,but also lays a solid foundation for the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship in the process of medical reform in D hospital.
