| Objevtive:To explore the clinical efficacy and application value of interventional methods in the treatment of acute gastrointestinal bleeding, and to compare the effect of intervention and non-intervention in the treatment of acute gastrointestinal bleeding.Method:Retrospective analysis of 82 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding in First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College from July 1,2013 to July 1,2016,patients will be divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,37 cases of group A received interventional therapy.A total of 45 patients in group B received routine medical treatment or general surgical treatment. The hemostasis rate, recurrence rate, complication rate and hospitalization time were counted in two different treatment groups.Result:Both treatments are effective in controlling acute gastrointestinal bleeding. In the bleeding of varicose veins, the effective rate of hemostasis was 95.2% in the intervention group, and the effective rate was 42.9% in the general treatment group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.008).The incidence of complications was 4.8% and 57.1% in the intervention group and non-intervention group, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.008).The rate of rebleeding in the intervention group was 10%,which was significantly lower than that in the non-intervention group(33%)(P = 0.356).The average hospital stay was 5.38 days in the intervention group, which was significantly lower than that in the non-intervention group(10.38 days),and the difference was significant(P = 0.011).In the non-venous hemorrhage, the effective rate of hemostasis was 91.7% in the intervention group and 83.9% in the non-intervention group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(X~2= 0.248,P = 0.618).The incidence of complications was 8.3% in the intervention group and 23.3% in the non-intervention group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(X~2= 1.215,P = 0.270).The rate of rebleeding was 27.3% in the intervention group and 12% in the non-intervention group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(X~2= 0.915,P = 0.339).The average hospital stay was 15.33 days in the intervention group and 13.26 days in the non-intervention group,There was no significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.398).Conclusion:Vascular interventional therapy has a high value in acute gastrointestinal bleeding, especially in variceal gastrointestinal bleeding, its efficacy is better than conservative treatment of internal medicine, and interventional complications are lower than surgical treatment,Vascular interventional therapy is good treatment for acute gastrointestinal bleeding. |
