Meta-analysis And Related Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Common Urinary Tract Infections In Urological Patients With Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective:Urology outpatient and postoperative patients have a large proportion of urinary tract infections.Evidence-based medicine is now used to evaluate the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of urinary tract infection（Urinary tractinfection UTI）,to provide a scientific basis for the treatment of urinary tract infections by traditional Chinese and Western medicine..Methods:Meta-analysis: Search five databases including Pub Med,Cochrane Library,Wanfang,CNKI,VIP,etc.Languages ??are limited to Chinese and English.The Chinese search terms are:（Relinqing OR Polygonum head）AND（urinary tract infection OR urinary infection OR cystitis OR urethritis OR urinary tract infection OR urinary tract infection OR pyelonephritis）AND（clinical study OR clinical observation OR curative effect observation OR Clinical efficacy OR clinical evaluation OR clinical trial）;English search terms include: genetourinary infection,urinary tract infection,pyelonephritis,cystitis,stranguria,urethritis,etc.Two reviewers independently selected quality-qualified trials and extracted data,which were entered into Revmen5.4 software for analysis and re-study.Clinical trial: A total of 332 patients diagnosed with lower urinary tract infection in the outpatient department of urology at the Affiliated Hospital of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine and after surgery were collected.120 patients infected with Escherichia coli were carefully screened.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Relinqing Granules combined with levofloxacin for routine treatment.The control group was only treated with levofloxacin,and the dose was the same as that of the experimental group.During the treatment,the two groups of subjects were compared: 1.Clinical efficacy,recovery rate.2.The disappearance time of the main symptoms of Chinese and Western medicine,and the results of routine urine examination.3.Adverse reactions during treatment.Results:A total of 5 RCTs including 471 patients were included in the meta-analysis.The results showed that compared with simple antibiotic treatment,traditional Chinese medicine combined with antibiotics can improve the curative effect of patients with urinary tract infection:（1）Comparing the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant when comparing the significant rate Academic significance（P<0.05）.（2）Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group.（3）Laboratory indicators（renal indicators,bacterial indicators,immunological indicators）: the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group was compared,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Afterwards,the cure rate of the patient can be significantly improved,and the urinary symptoms of the patient can be eliminated faster.During the medication,Relinqing can reduce the occurrence and severity of adverse reactions in the patient,and improve the quality of life of the patient.Conclusion:Evidence-based medicine has confirmed that the motherland medicine has a good effect on urinary tract infection.The Relinqing Granules used in this experiment can significantly improve clinical symptoms,reduce recurrence,and have few side effects for recurrent urinary tract infection,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms,reduce recurrence,and reduce side effects.Effectively protect kidney function.
