| Purpose:The sex hormone levels of male patients with type 2 diabetes and healthy men of different age groups were compared, the risk factors of male patients with type 2diabetes and hypogonadism were explored, and the subjects’ anxiety, depression and quality of life were analyzed, and their correlations were studied.Method:A random selection of 218 male patients with type 2 diabetes from August 2018 to August 2020 to our hospital through the inclusion and exclusion criteria was used as the research target.During the same period,150 healthy individuals who came to our hospital for physical examination were randomly selected as the control group.According to whether the patient has hypogonadism or not,the patients were divided into type 2 diabetes with hypogonadism group and type 2 diabetes with normal gonadal function group by using serum free testosterone reduction and abnormal AMS survey as the diagnostic criteria. The two groups of research subjects were respectively 110 cases and 108 cases. The height, age, course of disease, hip circumference, waist circumference, and weight of the study subjects were measured, recorded and statistics, and BMI and waist-to-hip ratio were calculated. And in a quiet state, the blood pressure of the subjects in the sitting position was measured. The subjects’ fasting venous blood was collected early in the morning, and the patient’s total testosterone and sex hormone binding globulin were measured by chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay, and the fasting blood glucose,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, blood lipids and creatinine were measured.Comprehensively collect the clinical data of the research subjects.Free testosterone and biologically active testosterone were calculated using the Vermeulen formula, and the study subjects’ anxiety, depression and quality of life changes were statistically analyzed.Result:Comparing male type 2 diabetic patients with healthy men of different age groups,it was shown that compared with normal healthy men,the free testosterone and total testosterone levels of male type 2 diabetic patients were lower(P<0.05);the DSQL scores of the study subjects were measured In contrast, the scores of patients with type 2 diabetes and hypogonadism group were significantly higher than those of patients with type 2 diabetic normal gonadal function(P<0.05),and HAMA and HAMD scores were significantly higher than those of patients with type 2 diabetic normal gonadal function(P<0.05)At the same time, the type 2 diabetic normal gonadal function group compared with the healthy group,HAMA,HAMD scores were significantly higher(P<0.05);for the subjects DSQL,HAMA,HAMD scores and age, systolic blood pressure, creatinine, free testosterone, total testosterone,The comparison of bioactive testosterone and height was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the comparison of diabetes, body mass index(BMI),waist circumference, and hip circumference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis was performed on the two groups of patients in the type 2 diabetes with hypogonadism group and the type 2 diabetes with normal gonadal function group.Age,creatinine, free testosterone, total testosterone and bioactive testosterone were independent risks of male type 2 diabetes with hypogonadism factor.Conclusion:1.The levels of total testosterone and free testosterone in male type 2 diabetes with hypogonadism group are lower, and their gonadal function is weaker than those in normal gonadal function group and healthy people.2.Male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypogonadism have more serious depression and anxiety than patients with normal gonadal function and healthy people, and their quality of life is worse.3.Age,creatinine,free testosterone, total testosterone, and bioactive testosterone are independent risk factors for male type 2 diabetes with hypogonadism. These factors should be paid attention to when treating male patients with type 2diabetes with hypogonadism. |
