| Under the vision of "Ensuring Housing",in advancing China’s health strategy,especially in the context of the ongoing fight against the coronavirus.Health resources are no longer a rigid demand,it can also influence people to buy houses.As house prices reflect the housing choice mechanism for residents to obtain good public resources and the residents’ evaluation of urban livability and core competencies.We attempt to empirically analyze the effect of health resources on house prices.If urban housing prices are the result of people’s "Vote with their feet",to what extent do urban Health Resources affect people’s evaluation and choice of urban living?
