The Analysis Of Equalization Of Urban And Rural Basic Medical And Health Services Under The Background Of Healthy China Strategy

With the development of the economy and society,our country’s medical and health services have achieved remarkable achievements,but the problem of imbalance in urban and rural development is still prominent,especially the long-term imbalance of urban and rural basic medical and health services has become the focus of social attention.As the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China is approaching,in the new journey of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,we will further improve the level of equalization of basic medical and health services in urban and rural areas,and achieve the goal of fair access to basic medical and health services for everyone.Health equity is the current requirement for the coordinated development of urban and rural medical and health undertakings.It is also an important guarantee for promoting social equity,realizing social stability and harmony,and laying a healthy foundation for building a modern and powerful socialist country in an all-round way.To this end,the article takes the Healthy China Strategy as the research background,collects relevant literature,sorts out government documents,summarizes and analyzes relevant official data such as the China Health Statistics Yearbook,and finds both the level of access to medical and health resources and the actual level of residents’ basic medical and health services.Starting from different dimensions,using the Theil index method to measure and analyze the current gap in basic medical and health services between urban and rural areas.The study found that:(1)The gap between urban and rural basic medical and health services is generally shrinking,and the level of people’s availability and actual access to basic medical and health services has improved.(2)The actual level of access to basic medical and health services in urban and rural areas has improved the most.(3)The urban-rural gap is an important factor that affects the actual level of access to basic medical and health services in urban and rural areas.(4)The gap in rural areas is an important factor affecting the availability of basic medical and health services in urban and rural areas.(5)The gap between health technicians is an important indicator that affects the equalization of basic medical and health services in urban and rural areas.Finally,based on the empirical results,specific reasons are analyzed,from vigorously improving the health literacy of rural residents,improving the balance mechanism of urban and rural basic medical and health financial investment,improving the urban-rural basic medical and health service coordination mechanism,strengthening the construction of grassroots medical and health personnel,and promoting rural revitalization and urban-rural development.The five aspects of the development of equalization of basic medical and health services are deeply integrated,and policy recommendations are put forward to further promote the level of equalization of basic medical and health services in urban and rural areas.
