Research On The Development Strategy Of Combining Medical And Nursing Services In Tianjin From The Perspective Of Michael Porter Diamond Model

China’s population structure is constantly adjusting,the family structure is changing drastically,and the problem of aging population is becoming more and more serious,and the number of senior citizens and empty nesters is becoming a social problem.The old-age care and health of the aging population has become a key concern of the country.Medical and retirement needs have become public needs in China,so it is urgent to develop integrated medical and health care services.Therefore,scientifically and effectively promoting the development of combined medical and nursing care services is a challenge that must be accomplished by all local governments in China in the livelihood questionnaire,and a development path that is suitable for the current situation of elderly care in China.However,compared with developed countries,China’s integrated medical and health care services started lately and lacked theoretical and practical experience.Therefore,these problems will hinder the development of health care integration in ChinaTianjin,one of the first national pilot cities for medical and health care integration in2016,still has shortcomings in its development that need to be addressed.This paper will take the city of Tianjin,where the aging situation is severe,as the entry point,based on questionnaire survey,literature review,and based on Porter’s diamond theory model as the theoretical support and analysis perspective,to deconstruct and analyze the six theoretical elements relied on in the combined medical and health care services in Tianjin.The current situation,problems and causes of the integrated medical and health care services in Tianjin were analyzed and discussed,and the four development strategies of "improving production factors,clarifying demand positioning,optimizing industrial mechanism and strengthening government guidance" were finally proposed based on Porter’s diamond model,which is the final conclusion of the study.This study is conducted under the framework of Porter’s diamond theory,which has both theoretical and practical significance,and would help to identify the problems in the development of combined medical and nursing services in Tianjin and optimize the development path of integrated medical and health care services.It aims to provide guidance and reference for the Tianjin municipal government to promote the development of combined medical and health care services more efficiently,to better achieve the goal of "medical care" and " support" for the elderly,and speed up the construction of a aging system,and to promote the development and progress of elderly care and health care in Tianjin and nationwide.
