Effects Of Edaravone Pretreatment On Blood Glucose And Lactates Acid Who Has Gynecologic Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective To investigate the effects of edaravone pretreatment on blood glucose and lactates acid who has gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.MethodsEighty ASAⅠorⅡpatients of both sexes aged 35-75 yr undergoing selective laparoscopic colorectal surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into 2 groups（n=40each）:edaravone group（group E）and control group（group C）.In group E edavavone was infused immediately after tracheal intubation at 60.0 mg/h for 30 min.Then the infusion rate was reduced to7.5 mg/h and maintained until the end of operation.In group C equal volume of normal saline was infused instead of edaravone.After the pneumopefitoneum（pp）was established（intm-abdominal pressure=13 mm Hg）,the patients were placed in head—down position.Blood samples were taken from radial arteryecords at 5 min before pp was established（T₁）and at 30,60,90 and 120 min after pp was established(T_2-5)and 5 min after deflation（T₆）for blood gas analysis.Results（1）MAP was increased significantly at 90,120 min after pp,and lower 5 min after deflation(T_4-6)than 5 min before pp was established（T₁）in both group（p<0.05）.（2）Lactates acid was significantly higher 120 min and 5 min after deflation(T_5-6)compared with that 5 min before pp（T₁）in both group（p<0.05）.And the lactates acid in group C were higher than those in group E（p<0.05）.（3）Blood glucose was increased significantly at 90,120 min after pp and 5 min after deflation(T_4-6)compared with that 5 min before pp（T₁）in both group（p<0.05）.And the blood glucosein group C were higher than those in group E（p<0.05）.Conclusion Edaravone can attenuate oxidative stress during CO₂pneumopefitoneum...
