Bibliometrics Study About Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Applied In Clinic On Senile Constipation Patients

Objective To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine nursing to senile constipation patients from 2000 to 2014 by bibliometrics.According to the data to describe the situation,lead to and analyze the relevant hotspots.The study provides a reference for development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and clinical research.Method In CNKI database,Obtain technical papers of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing applied in clinic on senile constipation patients.To analyze the number of studies、distribution of technology、the area and journal distribution of the Publication numbers、authors and their distribution、scientific research funded situation of clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing to senile constipation patients.Study the situation of application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing to senile constipation patients by bibliometrics and professionally analyze the research hotspot with co-word cluster analysis and word frequency analysis after applying CBM to get the subject.Result There is an increasing trend in quantity of papers about application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing to senile constipation patients from 2000 to 2014 on the whole.The authors of the papers are distributed unevenly and mainly from the Chinese medicine hospital or Western medicine hospital.The authors and co-authors are accounted for almost mixed.There are only unproductive authors in this field.The funded papers are limited.It was in the doldrums before 2013,increased by double in 2013 and later approached to a flat.Based on geographical distribution,the top three provinces are Guangdong,Zhejiang and Jiangsu respectively.The most common nursing technique is limit to aqupoint message.There are 13 kinds of key journals,they are mainly published in nursing journals.Analyze the research hotspot by co-occurrence matrix cluster analysis after obtaining high-frequency words and keywords.The research hotspot of clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing to senile constipation patients is reflected in five aspects:senile functional constipation dialectical nursing;traditional Chinese medicine nursing for constipation due to chemotherapy;abdominal distension and constipation caused by fracture of thoracic and lumbar with traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing;senile constipation patients with femoral neck fracture treated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing;traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention for senile constipation patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular.Conclusion The papers about application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing to senile constipation patients show an increasing trend However,the papers are distributed unevenly,and the funded papers are limited.The research level and ability need to further improve.And the research hotspots of application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing to senile constipation patients are as followings:senile functional constipation dialectical nursing;traditional Chinese medicine nursing for constipation due to chemotherapy;abdominal distension and constipation caused by fracture of thoracic and lumbar with traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing;senile constipation patients with femoral neck fracture treated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing;traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention for senile constipation patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular.
