Biliary Stent Combined With 125I Implantation In The Treatment To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Cholangiocarcinoma Malignant Obstructive Jaundice

Objective For patients with cholangiocarcinoma malignant obstructive jaundice,biliary stent on the basis of analysis on feasibility of combined treatment of 1251 particle implantation and clinical efficacy.Methods Select 40 cases of bile duct cancer malignant obstructive jaundice were divided into control group(20 cases)and experimental group(20 cases),the control group were treated with biliary stent drainage,the experimental group in biliary stent based on combined with 125I seed cavity implantation for radiation therapy and measured data mainly includes treatment of tumor size before and after;bilirubin before and after treatment values;(3)in the treatment of liver function before and after.Results Treatment of 1,2,4 months after the liver function,serum bilirubin index were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);to tumor size after treatment were compared between the two groups,the control group than in the experimental group increased significantly,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);treatment of the two groups were compared after 4 months in stent patency and control group in 6 cases of stent appeared stenosis and occlusion,the experimental group did not appear obvious stenosis and occlusion,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biliary stent combined with 125 I particles implantation in the treatment of advanced bile duct cancer and in drainage based uplink local irradiation,rapid relief of obstructive jaundice,and kill the tumor tissue,can achieve the ideal therapeutic effect,less complications,has high clinical value.
