| Objective:To investigate the chemical consitituents of Potentilla viscosa and their anti-tumor activity.Methods:The crude extract was obtained by using 95%ethanol to extract the reflux from the aerial part of Potentilla Viscosa,The extraction of crude extraction was purified by a variety of separation purification methods(extraction,antiphase silicone column chromatography,MPLC,HPLC,and glycemic gel column chromatography).And the structure of compounds were identified by various nuclear magnetic means(1H-NMR,13C-NMR).The anti-tumor activity of monomer compounds was studied by MTT experiment and the inhibition rate and IC50 value were measured.Conclusion:18 compounds were isolated from in 95%ethanol extract from aerial part of Potentilla viscosa.On the basic of spectroscopic analysis and physicochemical properies,their structures were identified as octyldecanoate(1),(+)-(S)-aspidinol D(2),1-(2,4-dihydroxy-6-methoxyphenyl)-3-methyl-l-butanone(3),Ursolic acid(4),β-sitosterol(5),3,8,4’-trimethylherbacetin(6),(S)-2-methyl-1-(2,4,6-trihydroxy-3-methylphenyl)-1-butanone(7),farrerol(8),5-methoxy-4-methyl-Resorcinol(9),demethylfarrerol(10),3,8-dimethylherbacetin(11),6-methylapigenin(12),1-monopentadecanoin(13),5,7-dihydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3-methoxy-6-methyl-4H-l-benzopyran-4-one(14),tiliroside(15),astragaline(16),3,7-diglucosylquerceti(17),multifidolglucoside(18).Compounds 3 and 7 were separated from the plant kingdom for the first time,compounds 2,3,7 and 18 were separated from the Rosaceae plant for the first time,compounds 2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17 and 18 were isolated from this plant for the first time.Compound 18 has a specific antitumor effect on A549,and its IC50 value is 110.53 μmol/L for 48 h dose.Compound 4 has good anti-tumor activity for all three types of tumor cells,and its IC50 value is less than 100 μmol/L.Compound 2 is also resistant to tumor activity in three types of tumor cells,especially the IC50 value of the 48 h dose group for HeLa and HT-29,which is below 100μmol/L. |
