| Objective:To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture on sleep structure and sleep efficiency of insomnia patients after cerebral infarction,so as to provide basis for improving the clinical efficacy of insomnia after cerebral infarction, adjusting sleep structure pertinently and optimizing treatment scheme. Methods:Sixty patients with insomnia after cerebral infarction who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the acupuncture group(treatment group)and the drug group(control group),including 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. Two groups of patients received routine treatment of stroke, the treatment group selected Ex-HN1 acupoint, selected continuous wave, frequency of 2 Hz,current intensity to patient tolerance,20 minutes each time, once a day,21 days of treatment;the control group selected Estazolam, specifications of 1 mg * 20 tablets, once a day, once a day, before bedtime, oral treatment, the same course as the treatment group.CPC portable sleep monitoring and NIHSS scale were used to analyze and evaluate the sleep structure and neurological deficits of the two groups before and after treatment.CPC mainly evaluated the initial sleep time, shallow sleep time, deep sleep time, awakening time and sleep efficiency. The data were processed and analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software. The data were analyzed before and after treatment in the two groups. The difference of sleep structure and the comparison of sleep structure between the two groups.Results:1.After treatment, the initial sleeping time of the treatment group and the control group decreased, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).It suggested that there was no significant difference between the efficacy of the electro-acupuncture group and that of the drug group in shortening the initial sleeping time.2.After treatment, the time of shallow sleep in the treatment group and the control group decreased with statistical significance(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).It suggested that there was no significant difference between the efficacy of electro-acupuncture group and that of drug group in improving the time of shallow sleep.3.After treatment, the sleeping time of the treatment group and the control group were increased, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It indicated that the effect of electro-acupuncture group was better than that of drug group in improving sleeping time.4.After treatment, the awakening time of the treatment group and the control group decreased, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),suggesting that there was no difference between the electro-acupuncture group and the drug group in improving awakening.5.After treatment, the sleep efficiency of the treatment group and the control group increased, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the effect of electro-acupuncture group is better than that of drug group in improving sleep efficiency.6.After treatment, the neurological function of the treatment group and the control group were improved, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the effect of electro-acupuncture group is better than that of drug group in improving neurological function.Conclusion:1.Electro-acupuncturing Ex-HN1 and drugs can improve the sleep structure of insomnia patients with cerebral infarction, and the effect is remarkable. The improvement of sleep structure is manifested in increasing sleeping time, reducing initial sleep time, shallow sleep time and awakening time, and improving sleep efficiency.2.Electro-acupuncture Ex-HN1 is better than medication in improving neurological deficits in patients with cerebral infarction-related insomnia, which may be related to the fact that electro-acupuncture is superior to medication in increasing the sleeping time, while electro-acupuncture Ex-HN1 is similar to medication in reducing the initial sleeping time, shallow sleeping time and awakening time. |
