The Clinical Effect Observation Of Huoxue Shenggu Decoction In The Treatment Of Early Avascular Necrosis Of Femoral Head(Tendons And Blood Stasis Type)

Purposes: To observe the clinical effect of Huo Xue Sheng Gu decoction in the Treatment of Early Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head(Tendons and blood stasis type),and to provide a cost-effective treatment for the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Materials and methods: From January 2017 to April 2018,in the joint clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 patients with early stage avascular necrosis of the femoral head(Ficat stage I～II period)were selected as the research object,sixty patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the order before and after the treatment,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Huo Xue Sheng Gu decoction,and the control group was treated with Xianling Gubao Capsule for 4 months as a course of treatment.After 2courses of treatment,the VAS score,Harris score and X-ray change before and after treatment were compared and the therapeutic effects were evaluated.Results: Clinical research results showed that both the treatment group and the control group achieved certain therapeutic effects;the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of Vas pain score,Harris function score,and imaging improvement of hip joint.Conclusion: Huo Xue Sheng Gu decoction and Xianling Gubao Capsule have clinical application value for Early Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head.Compared with Xianling Gubao Capsule,Huo Xue Sheng Gu decoction has better healing effect and can effectively improve clinical symptoms.The group of Huo Xue Sheng Gu decoction is rigorous and effective,which is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
