| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-designed shenbaiyiyin tongbian decoction in the treatment of functional constipation caused by deficiency of Yin fluid,and explain its treatment mechanism in detail.Based on the comparison results of various symptom scores before and after treatment of clinical case data,the systematic and comprehensive study provides certain theoretical basis and feasible method for future clinical work.Methods:According to the research method of random sampling,60 patients with functional constipation of Yin fluid deficiency who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria from May 2018 to January 2019 in the outpatient department of the east hospital of the anorectal department of the affiliated hospital of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).Two groups of patients in the premise of attention to life conditioning;Treatment group(30 cases): the patients were given shenbaiyiyin tongbian decoction orally,and the prescription drugs were all from the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of the east hospital of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine,and were uniformly decocted by the decocting room of the east hospital.Taking method: take 1 dose orally twice a day,take 200 ml warm before meals in the morning and evening,evaluate the clinical efficacy againfour weeks later,and stop taking other drugs during the period of taking.Control group(30 cases): the patients took linggu mixture orally.Taking method: take it orally,30 ml each time,three times a day,before three meals,and evaluate the clinical efficacy again four weeks after taking the medicine.During the period of taking the medicine,stop using other drugs.The scores of each symptom were compared before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions were observed.Statistical software SPSS20.0 was used to test and analyze the statistical scores.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant,while P<0.01 was considered statistically significant.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups in terms of gender and age(P>0.05),suggesting that the statistical data of the two groups were comparable.Before and after treatment,the patients in the two groups were scored for symptoms,and the statistics were made from defecation time,defecation interval time,fecal characteristics,defecation difficulty,defecation discomfort,abdominal distension,dry mouth,shaojin,yellow urine and five upset heat.After the treatment,the data were tested and it was found that the treatment group had better treatment effect than the control group on the main symptom of fecal characters,dry mouth,shaojin and wuwubufever.P value was less than 0.01.In addition,60 patients who participated in the clinical efficacy evaluation did not have adverse drug reactions or drug allergic reactions during medication,which proved that the drugs used in this study were safe and reliable without obvious side effects.Conclusion:Self-designed shenbaiyiyin tongbian decoction can effectively treat functional constipation caused by deficiency of Yin fluid,with significant curative effect.In addition,it can significantly improve the accompanying symptoms such as dry mouth,shaojin and five upset fever,with high safety and practicability,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
