| Objective: This study summarized the tutor’s experience in the treatment of endometrial polyps,and comprehensively evaluated the effect of zhitong tiaoxue recipe combined with guizhi fuling capsule in the treatment of endometrial polyps with blood stasis,and preliminarily explored the mechanism of action,so as to provide a reliable basis for the treatment of endometrial polyps with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: A total of 60 cases meeting the standard were collected and randomly divided into the experimental group(30 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine analgesic tiaoxue prescription during non-menstrual period,and guizhi fuling capsule during menstrual period)and the control group(30 cases were treated with dichroprenone orally)for3 courses.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome points,menstrual conditions,changes in endometrial polyps,endometrial thickness and serum levels of estrogen and progesterone were compared between the two groups.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of the obtained effective data.Results: There was no significant difference in the general data between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,compared with the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,clinical efficacy,size change of endometrial polyps,endometrial thickness,serum E2 and P/E2,the two groups had curative effect,and the experimental group had more significant effect,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the serum P level of the two groups was slightly higher than that before treatment,but P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion: Zhitong Tiaoxue Prescription combined with Guizhi Fuling Capsule is effective in treating endometrial polyps of blood stasis type.It can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,reduce or even disappear polyps,and inhibit endometrial hyperplasia.It is worth promoting in clinical practice. |
