| PurposesTo study the yunqi of the birth date and onset date of hypertensive patients,analyze the characteristics of the yunqi of the birth date and onset date of hypertensive patients,and seek the regularities between yunqi information and hypertension.MethodsCollected 4150 hospitalized patients diagnosed as “hypertension” from the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,2013.1.21-2018.1.20,and collected the yunqi information of the birth date and the date of onset of all patients.Non-parametric chi-square test analyzes the influence of different yunqi information on the onset date and birth date of hypertension.Results1.In the case of hypertensive patients whose onset time is from January 21,2013 to January 20,2014,the step of high blood pressure distribution is the fifth stage> the final stage> the second stage> the fourth stage> the third stage> the first stage,P <0.05.3.In the case of hypertensive patients whose onset time is from January 21,2013 to January 20,2018,the distribution of dominant qi at birth date is Yangming >Taiyang> Jueyin>Shaoyang>Taiyin> Shaoyin,P<0.05.12.In the case of hypertension patients who were diagnosed with hypertension from January 21,2013 to January 20,2018,the distribution of guest qi on the date of birth is Jueyin> Taiyang> Shaoyang> Yang Ming>Shaoyin> Taiyin,P>0.05.13.In the case of hypertensive patients whose onset time is from January 21,2013 to January 20,2018,the date of birth is divided into four groups,respectively,Tianfu Group(Tianfu Year,Tongtianfu Year,Taiyitianfu Year),Suihui group(Suihui Year,Tongsuihui Year),and Buhe group(Buhe Year,Xiaoni Year,Tianxing Year),Pingqi group(Pingqi Year,Shunhua Year),the result of the groups is Buhe group> Pingqi group > Tianfu group >Suihui group,P <0.05.Conclusions1.The occurrence regularity of hypertension is correlated with the five circuits and six qi.2.The distribution of the five circuits and six qi on the onset date of hypertension has a certain regularity.3.The distribution of he five circuits and six qi of hypertension at birth has certain regularity. |
