Clinical Observation Of Pinggan Decoction In The Teatment Of H-type Hypertension Of Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity Observation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Pinggan Decoction on H-type hypertension(Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity type).Methods:In this study,60 patients with type H hypertension(Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity)were selected from the Department of Cardiology,Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to October 2018.Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into Pinggan Decoction treatment group and control group.Two groups of patients took one month as the study period.The daily blood pressure level,24-hour average blood pressure level,plasma Hcy level,urinary microalbumin level,TCM symptoms,clinical efficacy index and liver and kidney function were observed before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was made between groups and within groups for each index before and after treatment..Results:Treatment of Pinggan Decoction Combined with Conventional Western Medicine can not only significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with H-type hypertension(Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity),but also reduce blood pressure,plasma Hcy level and urinary microalbumin level,and its medication is safe without obvious adverse reactions.
