Clinical Study Of Shugandingxin Decoctionin The Treatment Of Liver Stagnation And Fire Injury Yin Type Of Premature Ventricular Complexes

Objective:To verify the clini cal significance and mechanism of shugandingxin decoction in the treatment of premature ventricular beats caused by liver-stagnation and fire injury to Yin by clinical observationMethods:Sixty-two patients wi th premature ventricular beats caused by liver-stagnation fire were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,31 cases each.The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets,12.5mg each time,2 times a day.The experimental group was treated with shugan dingxin decoction on the basis of the control group for 8 weeks.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome integral and number of ventricular premature beats of both two groups were significantly lower(P<0.01),TCM syndrome total effective rate of the experimental group and control group was 87.10%and 64.52%respectively,total PVC effective rate of the experimental group and control group was 87.10%and 64.52%respectively.The overall curative effect of TCM syndrome and ventricular premature beat in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01)in the efficacy of single symptoms of Chinese medicine:central palpitation,chest tightness,irritability and anxiety,chest swelling,dizziness and headache,insomnia,dry mouth,bitter mouth,hot flashes,night sweats,and five upset fever.Experimental group and control group Myerburg grading were significantly lower after treatment,heart rate variability index were significantly higher(P<0.01),the experimental group and control group Myerburg sizing effectiveness were 87.10%and 70.97%respectively,the comparison between the two groups statistically significant(P<0.05),the test group improved arrhythmia risk overall significantly better than the control group.After treatment,TC,TG,ldl-c in the experimental group were significantly decreased and hdl-c was significantly increased(P<0.01),indicating that the experimental group could significantly improve blood lipid.There were no significant abnormalities in the safety indicators before and after treatment(P>0.05),and no significant adverse reactions or events.The safety level of this study was level 1.Conclusion:Shugandingxin decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,significantly reduce the number of ventricular premature beats,improve the autonomic nervous function of patients,and has a good lipid-regulating effect,the mechanism may be related to the regulation of the autonomic nervous system,improve arteriosclerosis.Shugan dingxin decoction has a definite curative effect on premature ventricular beats caused by liver stagnation and fire injury to Yin.
