Clinical Observation Of Umbilical Applying Therapy With Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation Of Solid Heat Type

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the curative effect of umbilical cord application therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on functional constipation of excess heat type under three-dimensional medical model,and explore its mechanism,so as to provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of functional constipation,in order to better guide clinical practice.Method:Study grouping and methods:randomly divided into two groups:experimental group:①34 people were treated with compound prescription of clearing heat and dredging Fu organs(10 grams of powder each,2 cm in diameter and 3 mm in thickness)②control group:33 people were treated with placebo(10 grams of pigment flour each,2 cm in diameter and 3 mm in thickness)for two weeks.To observe the changes of clinical symptoms,signs and experimental data of colon transmission before and after treatment,to quantify the symptoms and signs,and to evaluate the efficacy and safety combined with PAC-QOL.Result:In the experimental group,2 people fell off during treatment,32 people were included in the analysis;in the control group,3 people fell off during treatment and 30 people were included in the efficacy analysis.Clinical efficacy:The effective rate of the experimental group was 81.2%and that of the control group was 13.3%.Compared with the control group,the efficacy of TCM syndromes was 81.2%in the experimental group and 20%in the control group,indicating that the experimental group had better effect than the control group.Total score of TCM symptoms:After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P=0<0.01),indicating that the improvement of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group;before and after treatment,there was significant difference in the degree of abdominal distension,abdominal pain and distress in the main and secondary symptoms(P=0.01),and in the secondary symptoms(P<0.0).5.The difference was statistically significant.The degree of body heat in secondary symptoms was P=0.08>0.05.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of the first defecation time,defecation frequency,colonic transit experimental summary Bureau and PAC-QOL.The experimental group had significant difference compared with the control group,the P value was<0.01,and the effect of the experimental group was better.Conclusion:Chinese medicine umbilical application therapy for functional constipation of excess heat type has significant effect on improving clinical symptoms and quality of life,and is safe and reliable.It has good advantages in the treatment of this disease and is worthy of clinical application.
