Study On The Application Of Guizhi Shaoyao Anemarrhena Decoction In Chronic Kidney Disease Based On The Theory Of Syndrome Differentiation

Objective:Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation,this study used Guizhi Shaoyao Anemarrhena decoction to treat chronic kidney disease patients with 3～4 stages of Yang deficiency,cold and damp water flooding,observed its clinical curative effect,and discussed its mechanism of action.To provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of chronic kidney disease.Methods:Sixty cases of non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease complicated with edema in 3～4 stages were selected,and the TCM syndrome differentiation was consistent with Guizhi Shaoyao Anemarrhena decoction.The collected cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the experimental group.The control group was given routine western medicine intervention program(including primary disease treatment,complication treatment and diet treatment).The experimental group was given Guizhi Shaoyao Anemarrhena decoction on the basis of routine western medicine treatment.The therapeutic course was 1 month.The indexes and symptoms were observed before and after treatment,and the safety was evaluated.Results:(1)The curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate was 86.6% in the experimental group and 70.0% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving TCM symptoms.(2)Clinical comprehensive efficacy: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.6%;and the control group was 73.3%,and therewas a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Renal function:After treatment,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine decreased in both groups.Endogenous creatinine clearance rate increased significantly in the experimental group,but not in the control group.After treatment,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group could significantly improve the renal function of patients.(4)Inflammatory factors: CRP and IL-6 decreased after treatment in both groups,there was a very significant difference in the experimental group before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05),and between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the experimental group had more obvious effect in reducing CRP and IL-6.Conclusion:Modified Guizhi Shaoyao Anemarrhena decoction has better curative effect on chronic kidney disease with Yang deficiency,cold and damp water flooding syndrome.It can improve renal function and inflammatory reaction,improve clinical symptoms,and has good safety without obvious toxic and side effects.
