| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sanjie Tongqiao method in treating adenoidal hypertrophy in children,and to provide treatment ideas for clinic.Methods:Sixty eligible children with adenoidal hypertrophy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Sanjie Tongqiao Decoction orally,while the control group was given Mometasonefuroate(nasonex)nasal spray and Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets orally for 30 days.The main symptoms,signs and clinical effects of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.To observe the therapeutic effect of Sanjie Tongqiao method.Result:1.There were 30 cases in the treatment group,16 cases in the treatment group,10 cases in the treatment group,4 cases in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was 86.7%.There were 30 cases in the control group,8 cases in the control group,15 cases in the treatment group and 7 cases in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was 76.7%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total score of symptoms in the two groups was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).It is superior to the control group;2.After treatment,the scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared.Except for pharyngeal foreign body sensation,the therapeutic effect of the other symptoms treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Sanjie Tongqiao method can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of adenoidal hypertrophy in children,and no adverse reactions have been found.It is worth promoting. |
