| Objective:To invigestive the efficacy and safety between the ShuoTong ureteroscope combined with flexible ureteroscope and simple flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods:The clinical effects of ShuoTong ureteroscope combined with F-URS were compared to those of simple and flexible ureteroscopy lithotripsy(FURL)for upper ureteral calculi.Patients admitted with upper ureteral stones(n=127)in the Department of Urology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from May 1,2017 to May 1,2018 were retrospectively investigated,All patients met inclusion and exclusion criteria.We divided the patients into a ShuoTong Mirror combined with F-URS group(ShuoTong group,n=62)and a FURL group(n=65)under ureteroscope lithotripsy with holmium laser.Collect and arrange relevant clinical and examination data and complications for statistical comparison and analysis.Results:1.There were no significant differences related to gender,age,BMI,History of hypertension,history of diabetes,CT-attenuation values,stone location,stone size,the success rate of intraoperative placement of the channel sheath,ureteral times after surgery,postoperative hospital stay durations,Preoperative blood creatinine,Postoperative blood creatinine,Hb reduction in postoperative patients,Postoperative complications,Preoperative VAS score between the groups(P>0.05).2.Operation time were significantly shorter in the ShuoTong Mirror group than those in the FURL group(P<0.05).3.At 1 day and 1 month after surgery,the stone removal rate was significantly higher in the ShuoTong group than that in the FURL group(P<0.05).4.Total hospital costs were significantly lower in the ShuoTong Mirror group than those in the FURL group(P<0.05).5.VAS score at 1 day after operation and postoperative painkiller frequency after operation were significantly lower in the ShuoTong Mirror group than in the FURL group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In upper uretral stones treated with a holmium laser,compared with FURS,the ShuoTong ureteroscope was shorter operation time,more effective,lower hospitalization costs and good postoperativeanalgesic effect. |
