The Comparative Observation Of Immediate Antihypertensive Effects Among Auricular-plaster,Erjian Bloodletting Method And Pushing On Qiaogong

Objecti veIn patients with hypertension,their blood pressure rises steadily.This study mean to compare the immediate antihypertensive effects among auricular-plaster,Erjian bloodletting method and pushing on Qiaogong on the treatment of hypertension caused by excessive rising of liver-fire,in order to provide the best methods of lowering blood pressure in those places other than hospitals.MethodsAccording to the method of random number table,75 patients were randomly divided into three groups,which named by different treatments,that is auricular-plaster,Erjian bloodletting method and pushing on Qiaogong.The auricular-plaster group selected suprangular-fossa(step-down point)and dorsal auricular groove(step-down groove)as auricular pressure points.The Erjian bloodletting method group was treated with Erjian bloodletting method,as well as the pushing on Qiaogong group was treated with pushing on Qiaogong.Record all of the patient’s blood pressure before operation,5min after operation and 15min after operation.Finally,blood pressure drops were compared among the groups through the statistical analysis named spss 21.0.ResultsThe general information of 75 patients was analyzed before analyzing the blood pressure:There were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,and blood pressure before operation(at the time of inclusion)(P>0.05),this means that blood pressure values are comparable.The blood pressure values of the three groups after treatment were analyzed as follows:Comparison in the group:All three methods can reduce reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05).Comparison among three groups:①The total efficient rate of the auricular plaster group was 88%,the Er jian bloodletting method group was 84%,as well as pushing on Qiaogong group was 96%.Among them,the group that had best effect was the pushing on Qiaogong group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total efficiency between the auricular plaster group and the Er jian bloodletting method group(P>0.05).②Comparison of the effects of reducing systolic blood pressure:The effect(5min and 15min after operation)of pushing on Qiaogong group on reducing the systolic blood pressureis better than the others(P<0.05).There’s no difference to the effect(5min and 15min after operation)of reducing the systolic pressure between auricular plaster group and Erjian bloodletting method group(P>0.05).③Comparison of the effects of reducing diastolic blood pressure:The effect(15min after operation)of auricular plaster group on reducing the diastolic pressure is better than pushing on Qiaogong group(P<0.05).There’s no difference to the effect(5min and 15min after operation)of reducing the diastolic pressure between auricular plaster group and Erjian bloodletting method group(P>0.05).ConclusionAll three methods can reduce reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure.Among them,pushing on Qiaogong has the best effect,and was more effective on reduce the systolic blood.The method of pushing on Qiaogong does not depend on external material,it can be prepared quickly before operation,and the anti-pres sure effect is accurate after operation.After all,the methods are worth learning and promoting.
