ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Bazheng Powder combined with intravesical instillation of pirarubicin in the treatment of glandular cystitis.MethodsIn strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,100 cases of adenoid cystitis treated in the Guangdong NO.2 Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected.92 cases were randomly selected as observation cases,they were again randomly divided into treatment group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases).Two groups of patients underwent bladder perfusion with pirarubicin 1 week after urethral vaporization resection.Based on this,the treatment group combined with Bazheng Powder oral treatment for 12 weeks.Statistical analysis was performed on the clinical data to evaluate the treatment of glandular cystitis.Results1.There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of age,gender,course of disease,lesion distribution,OABSS score,composition of OAB symptoms,QoL score,and TCM symptom scores(P>0.05).2.There were significant differences in the OABSS score,QoL score,and TCM symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM symptom score,OABSS score,and QoL score between the two groups after treatment.The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).4.In terms of comparison of clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.84%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 44.74%.The effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).5.In the evaluation of clinical efficacy of western medicine,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.11%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 65.79%.The effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).
