The secondary metabolites of Aspergillus sclerotium isolated from rice from Emei mountain,Sichuan province were introduced. In the review section, the chemical structures and biological activities of asterriquinone compounds, organic acids, palmiforms, cyclic tripeptide compounds,DKP,benzene derivatives, xanthone,Asperidines, pyrrolidine and piperidine derivatives isolated from sclerotium aspergillus were summarized. With the separation of plant natural metabolites gradually becoming saturated, people began to turn to the study of microbial secondary metabolites, which are aimed at finding the secondary metabolites with good activity, abundant yield and gene clusters that can be mined.Metabolites abundant microorganisms for natural metabolites of research provides a new research field, because it can get a new separation and metabolic pathways are, relatively good yield relatively rich and active compounds, some novel structure activity good prospect have medicinal compounds can dig the synthesis to fully synthetic gene cluster. In this paper, the chemical components of secondary metabolites of Aspergillus sclerotium were studied, including isolation and identification of the strains, solid fermentation of corn, extraction of its extract, separation and purification of its monomer chemical components,as well as the chemical structure of the metabolites of Aspergillus sclerotium by spectrum analysis. In this study,a total of 11 compounds were isolated from the secondary metabolites of sclera aspergillus, the data were compared as follows:notoamide C,17-epi-notoamide M,notoamide D,17-hydroxynotoamide D,notoamide I,Stephacidin A,notoamide B,taichunamides G,waikialoid A,Aspochracin, sclerotiotide F,nine of which were Indole-DKP compounds and two cyclic tripeptide compounds. At the same time, the isolated compounds were tested for their antibacterial activity and cytotoxic activity. This study on the metabolites of Aspergillus sclerotium depened the understanding of the richness of Aspergillus sclerotium compounds, and provided a chemical basis for the further development of this fungus.
