The urine diagnosis of Tibetan medicine is a method of disease diagnosis by observing the urine of patients.It is the most characteristic,the most simple,the most intuitive and effective diagnostic means of Tibetan medicine.Tibetan medicine compares this characteristic technical image to the mirror of disease diagnosis.As a national intangible cultural heritage,the urine inspection of Tibetan medicine was included in the first list of national intangible cultural heritage expansion projects in 2008.It has a very precious and unique cultural value.It is necessary to explore its cultural connotations so as to better carry out systematic research on its inheritance essence and innovation.The number of diabetes patients in China ranks first in the world.As a characteristic and dominant disease of Tibetan medicine,diabetes has a huge characteristic advantage and development potential in the prevention and treatment of diabetes.The urine diagnosis of Tibetan medicine is intuitionistic,simple and safe,and can also be used for the prevention of pre diabetes.However,the depth of clinical research on diabetes diagnosis in Tibetan medicine is not enough,most of which are literature research and retrospective clinical summary,lack of prospective clinical research.It is an important problem to study the objectification of urine diagnosis in Tibetan medicine.Objectives1.To analyze the historical evolution,diagnostic principles and diagnostic methods of urine diagnosis in Tibetan medicine,and to reveal the cultural connotation and value of urine diagnosis in Tibetan medicine.2.The invisible experience and knowledge of urine diagnosis in Tibetan medicine of type 2 diabetes were transformed into objective and visual data results,and the correlation between the characteristics of urine diagnosis and micro indicators was analyzed,and the color recognition and classification of urine diagnosis pictures were carried out.3.To analyze the medication rule of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of diabetes,and to combine the urine diagnosis with the compatibility rule of Tibetan medicine,so as to lay a foundation for revealing the rule of "urine diagnosis syndrome compatibility".Methods1.To explore the potential cultural connotation and scientific value of urine diagnosis in Tibetan medicine by data mining technology,philology,comparative method and other methods.2.107 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were studied by clinical observation.3.107 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were identified and classified by machine vision color analysis technology.4.Through the data mining technology,60 prescriptions of Tibetan medicine for diabetes were analyzed.5.Using network pharmacology to predict the target of the Tibetan medicine Siwei Jianghuang Decoction in the treatment of diabetes.Results1.iterature research: Tibetan medicine uses the methods of three hour nine diagnosis or three hour eleven diagnosis to diagnose diseases.After thousands of years of development,its theory and methods are gradually mature and widely used in clinical practice.2.Clinical research: there are more than 40 kinds of type 2 diabetes mellitus complications in this study,the most of which is fatty liver.Of the 107 patients,65 were of carina type,37 of Chiba type and 5 of bacon type.Type 2 diabetes: three time and nine features: urine color is yellow,more bright;steam is all or slightly larger;smell is or sometimes slightly larger;foam is all or slightly fine;suspended solids are not or cloud like,sparsely concentrated or fine sand like,scattered around;floating material is almost no;change time is mostly changed after hot gas dispersal or hot gas is not dispersed;the change way starts from the middle thick.Transition to edge;convolution from thin to thick.3.Correlation analysis: urine diagnostic convolution was positively correlated with glucose;urine diagnostic color was positively correlated with glycosylated hemoglobin,hemoglobin concentration,leukocyte and creatinine;urine diagnostic odor was positively correlated with average platelet volume;steam was positively correlated with specific gravity;urine diagnostic suspension was positively correlated with fasting blood glucose,and the above indicators were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was a positive correlation between the color and drowsiness in three hours nine diagnosis,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the deeper the urine color was,the more obvious the drowsiness symptom was;there was a positive correlation between the steam and drowsiness,urination pain and other symptoms,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the greater the urine steam was,the more obvious the drowsiness,urination pain and other symptoms were;there was no correlation between other urine diagnosis indexes and type 2 diabetes symptoms.4.Image recognition: the two diseases of urinary diagnosis in Tibetan medicine are basically distinguished by LDA,and the classification is relatively accurate.The rapid classification of urinary diagnosis in Tibetan medicine is realized.Among the 23 algorithms in MATLAB software,the accuracy of SVM model cubic SVM algorithm and envelop model baggde trees algorithm is 91.6%.5.Analysis on the rule of drug use: there are 60 prescriptions for the treatment of diabetes in Tibetan medicine,189 single drugs,22 drugs with a frequency of more than 10,among which Berberis bark,Yuganzi,turmeric,Tribulus terrestris and other drugs have a high frequency,which are the prescriptions of the Tibetan medicine Siwei jianghuangtang powder,with a high degree of correlation between the prescriptions.The "six flavors" of the prescription are successively sweet,bitter and sour;the "three flavors" are successively bitter,sweet,sour,in the "Seventeen effects" are blunt,heavy,moist,cold,cool and so on.6.The results of network pharmacology research of core prescription: 38 compounds were obtained by searching the effective components of siweijianghuangtang powder in tcmsp database and other databases,and 401 key targets were obtained after matching with disease targets.After enrichment analysis with David,185 signal pathways related to the treatment of diabetes with siweijianghuangtang powder were obtained,and 185 pathways related to the treatment of diabetes with P ≤ 0.05.Conclusions:1.through literature research,we can see that Tibetan medicine urinalysis has a very precious and unique cultural value,and we need to explore its cultural connotation in order to better carry out systematic research on its essence of inheritance and innovation.2.Through clinical research,it is found that the color of the three time nine diagnosis of type 2 diabetes is bright,the texture is thick,and it is not easy to "deteriorate";there is a certain correlation between the macro indicators,micro indicators and symptoms of the three time nine diagnosis of type 2 diabetes,which is worth further study.3.It is feasible to recognize the color of urine diagnosis in Tibetan medicine for type 2 diabetes,which can realize the rapid classification of urine diagnosis in Tibetan medicine and lay the foundation for the objective research of urine diagnosis color in Tibetan medicine.4.The Tibetan medicine Siwei jianghuangtang powder is a commonly used medicine for the treatment of diabetes.From the multi-level analysis of “six flavors”,“three chemical flavors” and “Seventeen effects”,it is concluded that the Tibetan medicine Siwei jianghuangtang powder has a very good effect in the treatment of “long” and “Chiba” type diabetes.5.According to the analysis of network pharmacology,the prediction of the treatment of diabetes by Tibetan medicine siweijianghuangtang powder may be achieved through PGR,nr3c2,ncoa2,ADH1 C,rxra and other key action targets,with PI3 K Akt signal pathway,MAPK signal pathway,Kaposi sarcoma associated herpesvirus infection interaction and other channels.
