records,gout,belongs to the Tibetan traditional theory of ??????? category,Zhi Nai disease for the Tibetan transliteration,Zhi for the dirt,Nai for the disease.Because the element such as abnormal diet,daily life broke the dynamic balance of the three factors,inside body long and blood function are maladjusted or be caused by disorder,and its come on place often forms dirt and name.Tibetan medical treatment has a long HIStory and rich experience.In recent years,with the deepening of research,great progress has been made in literature review,clinical efficacy and experimental research of Tibetan medicine on Zhi Nai disease,but the research on its medication rules is still not systematic.In view of t HIS,t HIS study proposes to conduct an in-depth analysis and discussion on the potential law of drug use and drug nature of Zhi Nai disease in Tibetan medicine from the perspective of literature clinical drug properties,in order to provide reference for further research on Zhi Nai disease and its new drug development in Tibetan medicine.Objectives1.Digging into the ancient and modern drug use rules of Tibetan medicine,discovering its core prescriptions and core drugs.2.To analyze the characteristics of the medicinal properties of the prescriptions used in Tibetan medicine treatment,and to digitize and digitize the knowledge of the compatibility of Tibetan medicine.Methods1.Analysis of compatibility rules of the literature on Tibetan medicine treatmentClassic Tibetan medicine literature related to Zhi Nai disease i was consulted to collect Tibetan medicine prescriptions with efficacy and indications.SPSS 21.0 software association rule analysis method was used to conduct statistical analysis on the drug frequency and drug association of prescriptions used to treat Zhi Nai disease in the literature.2.Analysis of the law of clinical drug use in the treatment of Zhi Nai disease by Tibetan medicineThe clinical data of HIS were collected from January 2017 to November 2019 in the hospital of Tibetan medicine in Tibet autonomous region.According to include exclusion standard,the standard of medical record information entry has built a good medical record collection table,the application of statistical software SPSS 21.0 statistical software and gephi 0.9.2 complex network analysis were used to analyze the clinical symptoms,three diagnoses,comorbidities,frequency of prescriptions,correlation of prescriptions,frequency of prescriptions and drugs.3.Analysis of prescription properties of Zhi Nai disease treated by Tibetan medicine14 main prescriptions for clinical treatment of Zhi Nai disease were selected,and the overall trend of prescription properties of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of Zhi Nai disease was analyzed by using the vector structure model of Ro Nus Zhur Jes Deep properties such as Liuwei,Sanhuawei,eight properties,seventeen effects and the final efficacy of Shiwuwei Rupeng Pill were analyzed.Results1.Compatibility rule of Zhi Nai literatureThe 53 prescriptions for treating Zhi Nai disease were obtained from Tibetan medical literature,involving 98 kinds of prescription drugs,associated drug 1366 kinds,with the highest frequency of drugs for Terminalia chebula Retz.(37 times,accounting for 70 % in total drugs),followed by the Phyllanthus emblica Linn.(31 times),Moschus(31 times),Terminalia billerica(Gaertn.)Roxb.(29 times),etc.The most frequently associated drugs were Terminalia chebula-Phyllanthus emblica(28 times),Terminalia chebula-Terminalia billerica(27 times),Phyllanthus emblica-Terminalia billerica(27 times),etc.There are cold.2.Medication rule of Zhi Nai clinical usedThere were 132 cases of Zhi Nai clinical records included in the project,including 125 male patients and 7 female patients.In this study,132 cases were included in the standard Zhi Nai clinical records,involving 65 kinds of Tibetan medicine prescriptions,of which the drug frequency of Shiwuwei Rupeng pill was the highest(81 times).The 65 prescriptions contained 135 kinds of Tibetan medicine,the highest frequency is Terminalia chebula(48 times,accounting for 74% in total drugs),followed by Radix Aucklandiae(42 times),Crocus sativus L.(34 times),Phyllanthus emblica Linn(30 times),Moschus(27 times),etc.The most frequently associated drugs were Terminalia chebula-Radix Aucklandiae(29 times),Terminalia chebula-Crocus sativus(26 times),Terminalia chebula-Phyllanthus emblica(26 times),etc.3.Characteristics of prescription(1)The general trend of Zhi Nai formula is that Liuwei are sweet,bitter,astringent,pungent,sour and salty,mainly sweet and bitter,and Sanhuawei are bitter,sweet and sour,and seventeen effects are cool,dull and heavy.(2)Shiwuwei Rupeng pill has the following characteristics: Liuwei is bitter > astringent > Sweet > acrid > sour > salty,Sanhuwei is bitter > Sweet > acidified.Further analysis of the drug resistance of Liuwei and Sanhuwei showed that four sources of Liuwei were wind source > water source > soil source > fire source,and four sources of Sanhuwei were water source > wind source > soil source > fire source.The eight characteristics of Liuwei and Sanhuwei are cool effect,blunt effect and heavy effect.The seventeen effects of Liuwei of the prescription are cool effect,blunt effect and heavy effect,while the seventeen effects of Sanhuwei are cool effect,blunt effect and thin effect.The final efficacy of Liuwei and Sanhuwei is cool effect,but sanhuwei has relatively high cool effect.Among the 20 characteristics of the prescription,Liuwei and Sanhewei showed that the acute value,heat value and odor value of the disease were higher than those of other diseases,and Sanhewei was the most significant.The values of Liuwei and Sanhuwei were Chiba > Bacon >Long,but the value of three chemicals in Chiba was higher,and the value of Liuwei in Long and Bacon was higher.Conclusions1.The core prescription of Zhi nai in Tibetan medicine is Wuwei Rupeng pill.Most of the core drugs have the effect of clearing blood heat and drying yellow water,which is in line with the Tibetan medicine "Heat diseases are treated with cool drugs,Cold diseases are treated with warm drugs" principle of medication.2.In the Zhi nai prescription of Tibetan medicine,Liuwei is mainly bitter,Sanhuwei is mainly bitter,seventeen effects are cool,dull and heavy.It has the characteristics of Chiba and Long in the treatment of San Yin.
