| Objective: The purpose of this study was to collect different defect and missing cases,choose the appropriate method to achieve function and aesthetic effect,and to analyze the relevant clinical factors.Then,evaluate the effect of soft tissue.Methods: There are four cases including defect and missing dentition repair in the Department of Prosthodontics,School and Hospital of Stomatological,Fujian Medical University from March 2017 to January 2020 were selected.According to the patients’ oral condition and subjective demands,the restoration of veneer,fixed bridge after guided bone regeneration,implant,maxillary removable partial denture and mandibular complete denture were adopted respectively.Results: Clinical operations were strictly performed in accordance with the relevant operating standards.Patients were satisfied with the repair effect.The long-term effect needs further observation.Conclusions: The minimally invasive restoration in the aesthetic area retains tooth tissue as much as possible.After tooth extraction,the temporary bridge was used to squeeze the gums to maintain a good gingival contour.The bone augmentation improved the fullness of the labial side.Through the denture satisfaction questionnaire to fully understand the patient’s evaluation of dentures. |
