Standardization Research Acupoints And Acupuncture Techuniques On The Shoulder Of Mongolian Medicine Based On 3D Technology

Objective: to carry out acupuncture therapy on the shoulder points of Mongolian medicine,keep the needles in situ,and gradually carry out CT scanning,3D modeling,local level anatomy,and evaluate its safety.Using 3D digital technology to realize the standardization of Mongolian shoulder acupoints and acupuncture techniques.Methods: 1.Remove the cadaver specimens from the freezer and put them in the ℃storage room at about 0 for 3 days.On one side of the cadaveric specimen,the acupuncture needle containing the CT developing solution(iohexol injection)was used for acupuncture,and on the other side,the needle was retained in situ after the glass needle was used for CT scanning.The 3D digital model of the CT image was built,the depth of the needle was measured with the Sante DICOM viewer 8(64 bit)software,and the linear distance between the acupoint and the nearest bone surface was measured with the minics16.0(material company)software.2.Acupuncture therapy was carried out on the shoulder points of cadaveric specimens.The needle was retained in situ.Along the needle,it was perpendicular to the nerves and blood vessels around the acupoints,in order of skin,subcutaneous tissue,superficial fascia,deep fascia,muscle,blood vessel,nerve,bone,etc.3.20 volunteers were randomly selected,and four acupoints of shoulder were selected by professional doctors for acupuncture therapy,with a depth of 1 inch.Record the body temperature,pulse,respiration,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure before and after acupuncture,and observe whether there are adverse reactions in the whole process.Finally,SPSS statistical software is used to process data and analyze data.Results: 1.CT image,3D model,length of acupuncture channel and linear distance between acupuncture point and its nearest bone surface were obtained.The length of the channel from the point of shoulder is 30.30 mm,the distance from the point of shoulder to the surface of humerus is 27.44 mm,the length of the channel from the point of shoulder to the surface of humerus is 12.96 mm,the distance from the point of shoulder to the surface of humerus is 11.17 mm,the length of the channel from the point of shoulder to the surface of scapula is 28.15 mm,the distance from the point of shoulder to the surface of scapula is 17.30 mm,the length of the channel from the point of shoulder to the surface of scapula is 21.40 mm,the distance from the point of shoulder to the surface of scapula is 11.28 mm.2.Obtain the hierarchical anatomical pictures of acupuncture channels and surrounding tissues of Mongolian medicine shoulder acupuncture points.The anatomy of the shoulder points were skin,subcutaneous tissue,deltoid muscle,supraclavicular nerve,axillary nerve,suprascapular nerve,thoracoacromial artery,posterior circumflex brachial artery,etc.The level anatomy of the anterior point of shoulder is skin,subcutaneous tissue,acromial artery,anterior and posterior circumflex brachial artery,supraclavicular nerve,axillary nerve and so on.The level anatomy of the posterior scapular point is skin,subcutaneous tissue,trapezius muscle,infraspinatus muscle,supraclavicular nerve,axillary nerve,suprascapular nerve,suprascapular artery,posterior circumflex humeral artery and so on.The hierarchical anatomy of suprascapular points were skin,subcutaneous tissue,trapezius muscle,levator scapulae muscle,infraspinatus muscle,transverse carotid artery,axillary nerve and radial nerve.3.According to the standard of acupoint selection method and acupuncture technique of traditional therapeutics of Mongolian Medicine(teaching materials of national colleges and universities),there was no significant difference in body temperature,pulse,respiration,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure before and after acupuncture for 20 volunteers’ shoulder acupuncture points,and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion: 1.Provide CT image,3D model,length of acupuncture channel and distance from acupuncture point to its nearest bone surface for Acupuncturists to grasp acupuncture depth and angle more accurately.2.The acupuncture channels of Mongolian shoulder acupuncture points do not hurt the nerves and blood vessels.3.From the perspective of safety,Mongolian medicine acupuncture points and acupuncture techniques can be widely used in clinical research.
