[Objective]To explore the differential expression and significance of immunohistochemical CD34,α-SMA,CD10 and PASM-Masson staining in the tumor interstitial of lung adenocarcinoma with different infiltration levels.Immunohistochemical expression ofβ-tubulin-Ⅲ(β-Tubulin-Ⅲ)in lung adenocarcinoma cells of different infiltration levels and its significance.[method]Collect 100 cases of lung adenocarcinoma in lung surgery of Fuzhou Pulmonary Hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 and grouped according to the pathological type of lung adenocarcinoma.Group A cases were 50 cases of pre-infiltration stage: including 15 cases Adenocarcinoma in situ(AIS),35 cases of minimally invasive adenocarcinoma(MIA);Group B cases were 15 cases of invasive adenocarcinoma(IA)adherent predominant adenocarcinoma; The group was 35 cases of other types of infiltrating lung adenocarcinoma,of which 15 cases were predominantly invasive adenocarcinoma acinar,10 cases were solid predominantly invasive adenocarcinoma, and 10 cases were invasive adenocarcinoma nipple.According to the morphological characteristics of the infiltrated area,35 cases of MIA and 15 cases of IA adherent type can be divided into scar loss type(42 cases)and alveolar residual type(8 cases). The diagnostic criteria for lung cancer were confirmed in accordance with the classification criteria for lung adenocarcinoma published by the International Society for Lung Cancer Research(IASLC)in February 2011.All surgical specimens were fixed with 10% neutral formalin solution, embedded in paraffin for HE,CD34,α-SMA,CD10,β-tubulin-III immunohistochemical staining and PASM-of elastic fibers and type IV collagen Masson staining.Score according to the positive range: negative for 0 points,<25%for 1+,1 point,25% to 75% for 2+,2 points,75% to 100% for 3+,3 points.[result]1.There is no significant difference between group A,group B and group C in general conditions such as age, gender, and underlying diseases such as hypertension and diabetes.2.Immunohistochemical staining of group A and group B were similar: the expression of CD34 and PASM-Masson in group A were strongly positive, with an average score of 3 points;the average score of CD34 and PASM-Masson in group B were 2.13 points, and the expression of α-SMA Negative-weak positive, with scores of 0.50 and 0.86 respectively,CD10 expression in both groups were negative-weak positive, with average scores of 0.40 and 0.73,respectively,and β-tubulin-III staining was negative,negative-weak positive, average The score is 0 points and 0.47 points. In group C,CD34 and PASM-Masson expression were negative-weak-positive,with an average score of 0.06 points,α-SMA and CD10 expression were moderate-strong positive, with average scores of 2.07 and 2.05 points respectively, and β-tubulin-III staining was moderately positive-strong positive, with an average score of 1.86.The expression of CD34,PASM-Masson,CD10,α-SMA and β-Tubulin-Ⅲ in group C was different from that in group AB(P <0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in expression between group AB(P> 0.05).3.The expression scores of CD34 and PASM-Masson in the two groups Ⅰ and Ⅱare different, and have statistical significance(P <0.05).4.After follow-up,the prognosis of group A was similar to that of group B(P = 0.104),the recurrence or metastasis rate was the lowest, and the prognosis was the worst in group C compared with AB group(P values were <0.001,0.046).[Conclusion]1.Immunohistochemistry CD34,α-SMA,CD10 and PASM-Masson staining in lung adenocarcinoma interstitial and the expression of tumor cells β-tubulin-Ⅲ are different periods, and help to distinguish between adherent lung adenocarcinoma and non-stick Wall type lung adenocarcinoma and judge the infiltration of adenocarcinoma.2.Combined use of immunohistochemistry CD34,α-SMA,CD10,β-Tubulin-Ⅲand PASM-Masson staining can effectively identify the infiltration of lung adenocarcinoma and prompt clinical prognosis.
