| For a long time,medical resources are unevenly distributed in our country,tiered medical services has been moved slowly,the development level of Healthcare Information System fall behind,the reflection in the public of “lack of adequate and affordable medial service” has become the difficult problems.At present,a lot of major public hospital has been to keep up the tradition of treatment process,From the beginning of registration to the end of treatment,patients need many steps.Particularly,in the peak period of patient’s service,the hospital is so crowded,patients may feel poor experience,and doctors are exhausted,it has negative correlation and impact on the hospital running efficiency and social satisfaction.The thesis takes the grade A tertiary hospital as the research object,By analyzing the data on patients referred to the hospital,we try to discover the problems,and then,we propose optimization solutions to improvement program,propose the science of the time-share appointments,build the intelligent hospital,improve special department process,ensure efficient resource utilization,etc.This thesis elaborates treatment processes in grade A tertiary hospital,takes medical resources and special department process for example,to analyze doctor’s resource allocation,consulting room’ s resource utilization and special department process,analyses existing problems.Furthermore,the thesis explores the outpatient process reengineering,patients can complete online booking,guiding patient,pay the fees with the information technology,thus improve program and reduce patients waiting times.Meanwhile,to predictive the future outpatient amount by the Time-Series Analysis,combine with various disease character,implement the science of the time-share appointments.Takes blood collection process and obstetrical department process for example,to explain the effects of improve outpatient service process that flexibility in the use of resources.In the end,increase self-service machine use,computer-based patient record,develop the intelligent hospital,build intelligent navigation system,etc.Further support to optimize outpatient service process,to improve the work efficiency and quality of service.Therefore,this study change the “difficulty of getting medic al service” in major public hospitals,expecting to provide reference for improve patient satisfaction. |
