Clinical Observation Of Yishen Anmian Drink Combined With Estazolam In The Treatment Of Insomnia Of Heart-kidney Disjunction Type

Objective: To observe the efficacy of Yishen Anmian Drink combined with Estazolam in the treatment of insomnia of Heart-Kidney Disjunction type,and provide a new method for the treatment of insomnia caused by heart and kidney disjunction.Method: According to the random number table method,72 patients with insomnia of Heart-Kidney Disjunction type who were diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria were divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in observation group and 36 cases in control group.The control group was given estazolam tablets,while the observation group was given Yishen Anmian Drink on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index integral and TCM Syndrome integral were observed before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result: 1.Comprehensive clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,and that of the control group was 77.78%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group.2.PSQI integral:(1)The total PSQI integral of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and there was statistical significance before and after treatment(P < 0.05),and both groups had improvement.After treatment,the improvement of PSQI total integral in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)The integrals of sleep factors(except hypnotics)in the two groups decreased after treatment,and there were statistical significance before and after treatment(P < 0.05),and both groups had improvement.After treatment,there was no statistical difference in fall asleep time and hypnotics between the two groups(P > 0.05),and there was statistical difference in residual sleep factors betweenthe two groups(P < 0.05).In other words,the improvement of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders and daytime dysfunction in the observation group was better than that in the control group.3.TCM syndrome integral:(1)In TCM syndrome integral,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,and that of the control group was 58.33%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),the observation group was better than the control group.(2)The total integral of TCM syndromes in the two groups before and after treatment both had statistical difference(P < 0.05),and both groups had improvement.The improvement of the total integral of TCM syndromes in the observation group was better than that in the control group in the comparison between the groups after treatment(P < 0.05).(3)Comparing before and after treatment,the improvement of each single integral in the observation group had statistical significance(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in the improvement of five heart dysphoria and spermatorrhea/irregular menstruation in the control group(P > 0.05),and the improvement of the other single integrals had statistical significance(P < 0.05).After treatment,there was no statistical difference in the improvement of forgetfulness(P > 0.05),and the curative effect of the rest single integral of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05).4.Safety: The observation group and the control group had good safety during the experimental study,and there were no adverse events or other abnormalities.Conclusion:1.Yishen Anmian Drink combined with Estazolam is better than Estazolam in the treatment of insomnia of Heart-Kidney Disjunction type.Yishen Anmian Yin comined with Estazolam is effective in the treatment of insomnia of Heart-Kidney Disjunction type.2.Yishen Anmian Drink combined with Estazolam is better than Estazolam in improving TCM syndromes.In addition to improving insomnia symptom,it can also significantly improve other discomfort symptoms,increase the overall curative effect and improve the quality of life of patients.3.Yishen Anmian Drink combined with Estazolam in clinical application,had no adverse reactions and side effects,and has high safety.
