Clinical Efficacy Observation Of The Party Of External Application Combined With Safflower Xiaoyao Granule For Breast Hyperplasia Of Liver Qi Stagnation

Objective: Through the specific statistics of integral of before and after treatment To observe the clinical effect of hyperplasia of liver Qi stagnation breast by the party of external application Combined with safflower Xiaoyao Granule.Methods:The cases were from ninety patients with chyle who met the inclusion criteria in our outpatient clinic.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group(oral Chinese medicine safflower Xi aoyao granule plus recipe of Regulating pain topical application),observation group(only oral safflower Xiaoyao granules).The treatment cycle is one month,and the data before and after treatment are recorded and sorted for systematic evaluation.Results:A total of ninety patients,including forty five patients in each group,There are two patients falling off in the control group and two patients falling off in the observation group,and 86 patients were observed.(1)The total Clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02% higher than the control group(76.74%)(P<0.05).The overall efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the treatment group;(2)Compared the integral:After treatment the clinical curative effect,the total scores of the clinical symptoms,the main symptom scores,the total scores accompanying the symptoms,and the single symptom scores of the control group and the observation group decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the control group and the observation group were in the breast pain,There was a statistically significant difference in the mass of the mass,the upset and irritability,the chest fullness(P<0.05).There was no difference between the maximum diameter of the mass,the extent of the tumor,the abnormal menstruation,and the four points of insomnia.Significant difference(P>0.05),no statistical significance.Conclusion:(1)Both groups of treatments are effective in improving the clinical symptoms of patients.(2)Compared with the control group,the observation group has advantages in improving breast pain,softening the gland,improving emotions,eliminating chest fullness;reducing the size of the tumor,reducing the size of the tumor,improving menstruation and sleep,and comparing with the control group.There were no significant differences in the groups.(3)Recipe of Regulating pain topical application Combined with safflower oral safflower Xiaoyao granules plays a synergistic effect in the treatment of hyperplasia of liver Qi stagnation,easy to operate,worth promoting.
