Effect Of Shenfu Qiangxin Recipe On Chronic Heart Failure And Its Influence On NT-proBnp,NO And ET

OBJECTIVE: This study observes the mechanism and clinical effect of Shenfu Qiangxin Prescription on chronic heart failure,evaluates the effectiveness and safety of Shenfu Qiangxin Prescription,provides a basis for the differentiation and treatment of the disease from Yang deficiency and water flooding,and provides data support for the prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure in traditional Chinese medicine.METHODS: Sixty-four patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups: Shenfu Shenfu Qiangxin Formula group was treated with Shenfu Qiangxin Formula and Western medicine,while the control group was treated with simple western medicine.By observing the changes of cardiac function,NT-pro BNP,NO,ET,LVEF and TCM symptom score before and after treatment,the differences between the two groups were analyzed,and the preliminary evaluation of Shenfu Qiangxin Formula was made.To explore the mechanism and clinical effect of Shenfu Qiangxin Prescription in treating chronic heart failure patients with Yang deficiency and flooding of water.RESULTS:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of Shenfu Qiangxin Prescription group was 90.0%,and that of the control group was 73.3%.The effect of Shenfu Qiangxin Prescription group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of NT-pro BNP,NO,ET and TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the scores of NT-pro BNP,NO,ET and TCM symptoms in Shenfu Qiangxin Formula group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the LVEF value of the two groups was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and that of the Shenfu Qiangxin Formula group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the total effective rate of Shenfu Qiangxin Formula group was93.3%,and that of the control group was 73.3%.Shenfu Qiangxin Formula group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Shenfu Qiangxin Prescription combined with routine western medicine treatment has obvious advantages in improving clinical indicators(cardiac function,NT-pro BNP,NO,ET,LVEF,TCM symptom score)and clinical effect of TCM syndromes.It shows that "warming Yang and benefiting yin,removing blood stasis and dredging arteries,diffusing water and eliminating edema" is an important treatment for chronic heart failure.Shenfu Qiangxin Prescription is an effective prescription for treating chronic heart failure with Yang deficiency and water flooding.It has good application and popularization prospect.
