| Objective: To analyse the birth defects in our hospital in recent ten years to provide a reference for reducing the raets of birth defects of perinatal children and perinatal management of birth defects. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the birth type and diagnosis time of birth defects in our hospital from January 01,2009 to December 31,2018 and the mode of delivery of Birth defects, perinatal. Results: In the past 10 years, the birth defects showed an overall upward trend. The prenatal diagnosis rate of complex congenital heart disease is close to 100% in recent years, but the prenatal diagnosis rate of simple congenital heart disease is lowe. The prenatal diagnosis rate of cleft lip, cleft lip and cleft palate is higher, while the prenatal diagnosis rate of simple cleft palate is only 4.2%.The rate of chromosomal abnormalities and the detection rate have increased year by year.Simple chromosomal abnormalities, the incidence of urinary system malformation is increasing year by year. The cesarean section rate of perinatal and birth defects in children has declined overall in the past 10 years. However, the cesarean section rate of birth defects was significantly higher than that of the overall perinatal infants(P<0.05).Congenital heart disease, digestive system(rectal atresia or stenosis,no anus),cesarean section rate of hypospadias was significantly higher than perinatal cesarean section(P<0.05).There was no correlation between different modes of delivery and pregnancy outcomes of congenital heart malformations(P>0.05).The proportion of birth defects in children with cesarean section was significantly higher than that of the whole perinatal infants due to fetal distress, abnormal fetal position and twins(P<0.05).Conclusion: In the past 10 years, the prenatal diagnosis rate of birth defects in our hospital has increased year by year.Neonatal complex cardiac malformation, chromosomal abnormality rate of diagnosis is significantly reduced, but simple congenital heart disease, cleft palate, esophageal atresia or stenosis, rectal atresia or stenosis,no anal prenatal diagnosis rate needs further improvement. The cesarean section rate of birth defects was significantly higher than that of perinatal cesarean section. There was no change in the pregnancy outcome of children with congenital heart malformations in different modes of delivery.Birth-deficient children have a higher proportion of pregnancy due to intrauterine distress and abnormal fetal position. |
