| In recent years,the incidence and mortality of bowel cancer in China have increased significantly,and in some economically developed areas,the incidence rate is even second only to lung cancer.On August 19,2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping addressed the National Health and Health Congress: attach importance to the prevention and control of major diseases.At the same time,because of the influence of many factors,such as technology,equipment,medicine and so on,the cost of health care is also increasing,so how to effectively control the expenditure of medical expenses has become a common problem for all countries.Through the analysis of the medical cost structure and its influencing factors of bowel cancer patients,this paper studies the change trend,composition ratio and main influencing factors of the cost,and puts forward some countermeasures for the control of the hospitalization cost of bowel cancer patients,and also provides a reference for the payment by disease type.In this study,we analyzed the change trend of the cost structure,discussed the related factors that affect the hospitalization cost of single disease,To promote hospitals to actively regulate medical behavior,prevent excessive medical treatment,facilitate the control of medical expenses and reduce the cost of medical services;it is conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of the medical insurance management fund,greatly reduces the risk,and increases the ability and level of medical security,thus reducing the economic burden of patients’ diseases,reducing the problem of poverty caused by illness and returning to poverty due to illness;It is helpful to strengthen hospital management ability and management efficiency,improve medical work efficiency and high quality medical service level,and promote hospital to carry out fine management in an all-round way.Therefore,this study is not only helpful to optimize the allocation of health resources,enhance the pertinence of supervision and inspection,but also has important reference value to ensure the quality of medical treatment and restrain the extraordinary growth of medical expenses.Through the hospital His system,combined with statistical research methods,this study obtained the clinical diagnosis and treatment information,the first page of the medical record and the treatment cost information of all the colorectal cancer inpatients during the period 2014-2018,Analyze the cost composition,study its changing trend and its influencing factors,and put forward the countermeasures to control the cost of hospitalization in patients with bowel cancer.The first part mainly introduces related concepts,including the meaning of single disease payment,DRGs payment,clinical pathway and other terms,and expounds the demand theory of health services,cost-effectiveness analysis theory and cybernetics.The second part studies the cost composition and its changing trend,analyzes the individual basic information of bowel cancer patients and the composition of hospitalization expenses and its changing trend;the third part analyzes the cost of hospitalization and causes of bowel cancer patients,adopts single factor variance analysis,and the relationship between each factor and hospitalization expenses.Find out the problem,analyze and understand the causes of the problem;the fourth part mainly introduces the improvement of cost control countermeasures,according to the results of the study,in view of the above problems and the causes,put forward the cost control countermeasures of bowel cancer hospitalization.The analytical methods selected in this study include general statistical description and comprehensive evaluation,single factor analysis of variance,multiple stepwise regression analysis and so on.The total per capita cost of colorectal cancer is 67864.56 yuan,and the cost of medicine,treatment and other expenses account for the top three in the composition of the total cost of hospitalization.Multivariate regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors affecting the cost of diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer were age,year of admission,days of hospitalization,payment method,prognosis.Other costs and drug costs have a great impact on the cost of sub-average hospitalization,the correlation is strong,is the main cost sub-average hospitalization cost.operating expenses,other expenses and examination laboratory fees have a greater impact on the changes in hospital expenses,among which other expenses and examination laboratory fees cause changes in hospital expenses.The number of days in hospital is the key factor and the most important factor affecting the cost of hospitalization,and the number of days in hospital is positively correlated with the cost of hospitalization.therefore,the author puts forward some strategies to control hospital medical expenses of patients with major diseases: Strengthen propaganda and education,combine clinical path,reduce hospitalization days reasonably;reduce drug cost and examination cost,control total medical treatment cost;reform compensation
