Objective: A retrospective study was conducted to explore the syndrome patterns and treatment experience of wind-induced paratrophic disease. The basic prescription of "Qianzheng San and four agents decoction" was obtained by analyzing the platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and assisted by "Acupuncture with Erlongxizhu" Involve the clinical efficacy of partial vision disease and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease. Methods: The first part retrospectively analyzes and sorts out the case data of patients diagnosed with acquired paralytic strabismus or Chinese medicine diagnosed with wind-induced paratrophic disease from April 2014 to April 2019 in the inpatients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Analyze the incidence factors, incidence rate, compare the disease course, syndrome type, medication characteristics, efficacy difference, and the relationship between syndrome type and disease course, syndrome type and efficacy;the second part of the clinical study will be 60 patients 60 patients who meet the inclusion criteria The eyes were randomly divided into two groups,30 eyes in 30 cases in the treatment group.Compound anisodine + "Qianzheng San and four agents decoction" plus and minus acupuncture were injected subcutaneously at the temple beside the affected eye + "Acupuncture with Erlongxizhu" method;In30 eyes, compound anisodine + oral cobalamin tablets were injected subcutaneously at the temples around the eyes. One course of treatment for14 days, two courses of treatment.Observe the differences in the effects of vision, maximum distance of compound images, strabismus, and symptom scores before and after treatment in each group.Compare the efficacy of each group before and after treatment and between groups before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results: There are 13 kinds of etiologies collected in this statistic, atherosclerosis, type 2 diabetes, trauma, and cerebrovascular diseases rank among the top four, and they have an increasing trend year by year;there are 5 types of syndromes of wind-induced partial vision disease,of which The three syndrome types of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome, collateral stasis syndrome, and liver wind internal dynamic syndrome are the most;the clinical efficacy of different etiology is different;the combined treatment of acupuncture and Chinese medicine is better than pure Chinese medicine or other treatments. The results of the clinical research part show that both the treatment group and the control group can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of wind-induced paratism. The total effective rate of the treatment group is 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 66.67%.The difference is obvious(P <0.05),which proves that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the distance of double image, strabismus, symptom score and so on.Conclusion: The combination of "Qianzheng San and four agents decoction” plus the "Erlongxizhu" acupuncture for the treatment of wind-induced paranoia is safe and effective and worthy of promotion.
