Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue zhitong Decoction on early pain, swelling and infection after intramedullary nail treatment of tibial fractures, discuss the mechanism of Huoxue zhitong Decoction and provide corresponding clinical data. Methods: From October 2017 to February 2020,60 cases of patients with tibial fractures treated by intramedullary nail surgery in our hospital’s microtraumatic orthopedic ward.According to the principle of random control,it is divided into a treatment group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases). The control group is only given conventional basic swelling and analgesia treatment.1 week.Statistical analysis was performed on the swelling rate of affected limbs,VAS score, and CRP in inflammatory response indexes.Result:1.Compared with the general data of the test group and the control group in terms of gender composition, age distribution, left and right affected limbs, the difference is not statistically significant and comparable;the VAS pain score, the swelling rate of the affected limbs and the C-reactive protein in the two groups Both were improved(P <0.05 or 0.01);the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Huoxue Zhitong Decoction can effectively alleviate pain, swelling and reduce inflammatory indexes of postoperative tibial fractures with intramedullary nails. The efficacy is safe and reliable, and it is worthy of further clinical application and in-depth research.
