| Objective:To explore the effect of modified Gegenqinlian decoction combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy on the immune function of patients with colorectal cancer after operation,and specifically evaluate the changes of serum tumor markers,cell immune function,TCM syndrome score,immunoglobulin,quality of life and the effect of modified Gegenqinlian Decoction on the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy.Method:Eighty patients with colon cancer who were treated in the Oncology Department of Laizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Both groups were given conventional treatments such as fluid replacement,stomach protection,and nutritional support.The control group was treated with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy on the basis of conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with Jiawei Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy on the basis of conventional treatment.Continuous observation 4 Treatment cycles of 14 days each.Compare the cellular immune indexes CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+,NK cells,serum immunoglobulin IgA,serum immunoglobulin IgM,serum immunoglobulin IgG,serum tumor marker CEA,and serum tumor marker CA19 before and after treatment between the two groups.-9.Changes in TCM symptom score,KPS score,and side effects of chemotherapy.Result:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,gender,clinical stage and other baseline data(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in immune cell comparison between the two groups of patients before group treatment(P>0.05).After group treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD 8+and NK cells in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group and before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the changes in the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and NK cells in the control group were not statistically different from those before treatment(P>0.05).3.Before group treatment,there was no significant difference in IgA,IgG and IgM between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After group treatment,there was no significant change in IgA between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),while IgG increased significantly.Compared with before treatment,it was statistically significant(P<0.05).After group treatment,the IgM in the observation group increased significantly,which was significantly better than that of the control group and before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After group treatment,the improvement of TCM symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(89.74%vs 78.95%)(P<0.05).5.After the treatment,the KPS score of the observation group was improved in 9 cases,stable in 27 cases,and worsened in 3 cases.The KPS score of the control group was improved in 6 cases,stable in 20 cases,and worsened in 12 cases.The KPS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group as a whole.6.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CEA and CA19-9 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,CEA and CA19-9 in the observation group decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).CEA and CA19-9 in the control group decreased slightly,but there was no significant difference compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).7.The comparison of toxic and side effects after treatment in the two groups showed that the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the observation group after treatment was 41.03%,which was significantly lower than 73.68%in the control group.The incidence of diarrhea was 23.08%,which was significantly lower than 47.37%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in hemoglobin reduction,leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,increased ALT/AST,increased creatinine,and peripheral nerve damage between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Modified Gegen Qinlian decoction can improve the immune function of patients with colon cancer of damp heat accumulation type after chemotherapy.2.Modified Gegenqinlian decoction can improve the quality of life of patients with colon cancer of damp heat accumulation type after chemotherapy,and reduce the side effects.3.Modified Gegen Qinlian decoction combined with mFO1FOX6 chemotherapy can improve the efficacy of postoperative chemotherapy in patients with colon cancer of damp heat accumulation type. |
