Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Fuhe Decoction On Rosacea In The Year Of Jihai

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuhe Decoction on rosacea patients in the year of Jihai,evaluate the efficacy and advantages of this prescription objectively and subjectively,provide the exact clinical basis for the treatment of rosacea with decoction based on theory of Yunqi,and further explore the application of the theory of Yunqi in the clinical practice.Methods:60 patients with rosacea were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.Each group had 30 patients.The treatment group was given Chinese medicine Fuhe decoction,the control group was given tanshinone capsule,the two groups were combined with external Compound Cortex Phellodendri liquid and Lvliu cream,as well as the use of Winona Shumin moisturizing special cream to moisturize skin care.2 weeks is a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.The scores of symptoms and signs and quality of life before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups.The patients’faces before and after treatment were detected by Vasia facial analyzer,and the red area scores were recorded.The data were processed and analyzed by pass25.0 statistical software.Results:clinical effect:The effective rate of the treatment group was 46.7%,the total effective rate was 90%,the control group was 10%,the total efficiency was 66.7%,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in the scores of skin lesions,TCM symptoms,quality of life and the red area of visa between the two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Fuhe decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of rosacea in the year of Jihai.It can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.The theory of Yunqi can be applied to the clinical treatment of rosacea.
