| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiedu Wenban Decoction on non ST elevation acute coronary syndrome patients after PCI and its effect on atherosclerotic plaque,and to explore its mechanism,so as to provide ideas for improving the prognosis of coronary heart disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:A total of 70 eligible patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each with 35 patients.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment(dual antiplatelet,lipid regulation,etc.),and the experimental group was treated with Jiedu Wenban Decoction on the basis of the above scheme for 3 months.Before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome score,the number of carotid plaque,the average plaque area,the proportion of stable plaque(divided by the echo property of plaque),the changes of blood inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and hs-CRP were observed to compare the therapeutic effect.Results:The total effective rates in relieving symptoms were 65.71%and 97.14%,respectively.The experimental group was better than the control group;The scores of TCM syndrome decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was more significant than the control group(P<0.05)There was no significant difference in the number of atherosclerotic plaques between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);The average plaque area decreased after treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);The percentage of stable plaque increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was more significant than the control group(P<0.05);IL-6 and hs-CRP decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was more significant than the control group(P<0.05);In conclusion,the experimental group is better than the control group in reducing the symptoms of coronary heart disease and improving the stability of atherosclerotic plaque.Conclusion:Conventional western medicine combined with Jiedu Wenban Decoction can further alleviate the symptoms of patients with non ST elevation acute coronary syndrome after PCI,make atherosclerotic plaque more stable,reduce the occurrence of long-term coronary events,and improve the prognosis. |
