Observation On The Effect Of Spleen Strengthening,Kidney Nourishing And Turbid Resolving Method On Post-stroke Cognitive Impairment

Objective: Through the observation of the clinical effect of the method of invigorating the spleen and nourishing the kidney and resolving turbidity on the patients with post-stroke cognitive disorder,objective evaluation of its effect and safety,and discussion of the treatment theory and advantages of the method of invigorating the spleen and nourishing the kidney and resolving turbidity on the patients with post-stroke cognitive disorder,clarify the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive disorder,and explore new treatment methods and ways for the treatment of post-stroke cognitive disorder.To deepen the theoretical basis of spleen strengthening,kidney nourishing and turbid resolving method for cognitive impairment after stroke,and to provide reliable data for further comprehensive treatment.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,60 patients with cognitive impairment after stroke were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group.The two groups were treated with basic Western medicine.The control group was treated with an Lishen on the basis of basic treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Zishen Huazhuo formula on the basis of the control group.The treatment period was 4 months.Before and after the treatment,the clinical effects of the patients were evaluated by TCM Syndrome Scale,MMSE,Mo CA and ADL.The statistical results were processed by spss24.0 software to get the treatment results.Results: Based on the method of invigorating the spleen,nourishing the kidney and resolving the turbid,the effect of Fujian Decoction on post-stroke cognitive impairment was significant.After treatment,the patients in the treatment group improved significantly in neuropsychiatric scale and ability of daily life scores compared with the control group,and the improvement of scores was statistically significant(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).It was said that mingfujian decoction had a good effect on post-stroke cognitive impairment,in the aspect of TCM syndromes,Fujian decoction can improve the discomfort symptoms of the observer,improve the quality of life of the observer,and reduce the discomfort symptoms of the observer.After treatment,there was a statistical difference in the improvement of TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.Based on the method of invigorating the spleen,nourishing the kidney and resolving turbidness,Fujian decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of cognitive disorders after stroke.The effect of Fujian decoction combined with donepezil in the treatment of phlegm turbid and obstructed orifices stroke is better than that of donepezil alone.2.The curative effect of Fujian decoction is safe and reliable,which has certain scientific significance and clinical practical value.
