Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris With The Syndrome Of Congestion-heat Gluing By Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Medicinal Bath And Indigo Naturalis Ointment Package

Objective: This paper researched the clinical effect of psoriasis that has a syndrome of congestion-heat gluing under the comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,psoriasis medicine bath No.1 prescription and Indigo Naturalis Ointment package therapy,and observed the vascular changes under the target skin lesions in different treatment cycles in ways to explore the relationship among them.Methods: 1.A total of 60 cases of psoriasis vulgaris with stagnant-heat gluing each other syndrome were collected and randomly divided into experimental group of30 cases(Taohongtuling potion + psoriasis medicine bath No.1 prescription + Indigo Naturalis Ointment package)and control group of 30 cases(Taohongtuling potion +topical wudai ointment).Taking 2 weeks as a treatment cycle,the study lasted for 8weeks.Compared the changes of single skin lesion score(erythema,infiltration,scale score),total skin lesion area score,PASI score and pruritus score before treatment and after treatment for 2,4,6 and 8 weeks,the author observed the adverse reactions,and evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of the drug in the study.2.Observing the changes of blood vessels in the experimental group before treatment and after 2,4,6and 8 weeks of treatment with dermatoscope and analyzing the correlation between the therapeutic effect of target skin lesions and the diameter and density of blood vessels under dermatoscope in different treatment periods.Results: 1.A total of 57 cases were actually completed in this study,of which 29 cases were in the experimental group.Its recovery rate is 58.62% and a total effective rate of 93.10%;The control group has 28 cases with a recovery rate of 32.14% and a total effective rate of 82.14%.Compared with before treatment,the individual lesion scores,total skin lesion area score,PASI score,and pruritus score of the two groups of patients after 2,4,6,and 8 weeks of treatment were improved.The improvement in erythema,infiltration,and scale scores in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.2.After treatment,the diameter and density of the vascular ball have improved under the dermoscopy.With the prolongation of the treatment period,the correlation coefficient between index of the vascular ball diameter and the target skin lesions gradually increases,and there is a positive correlation between them;The correlation between the relative density index and the relative index of target skin lesions is weaker.Conclusion: The two groups of patients have significant effects after treatment.The experimental group is superior to the control group in improving erythema,infiltration,and scales of skin lesions.There is a positive correlation between the change of vascular diameter under dermoscopy and the curative effect of target skin lesions.It suggests that the change of vascular diameter under dermoscopy can be used as an observation index to evaluate the efficacy of psoriasis vulgaris.
