| Objective:To observe the changes of heart function,TCM symptoms and quality of life evaluation of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis,to evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic heart failure The impact of the quality of life is designed to provide more theoretical basis for the rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The 60 patients with cardiac function garde Ⅱ～Ⅲ included in this study were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The two groups were given Western medicine standard treatment at the same time,and the test group added Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction.A total of 30 days of treatment.Observe the changes of N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6-minute walking distance(6MWT),TCM syndrome score,and quality of life scores before and after treatment in both groups of patients.Results:before and after treatment,both groups of NT-proBNP decreased,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).LVEF in both groups increased,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Walking distance of 6 minutes increased in both groups,with significant difference(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score and quality of life score were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups were compared,except LVEF(P>0.05),the other groups were brtter than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the curative effect of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.6%,which was singnificantly better than 76.6%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction comined with Western medicine can better improve the cardiac function and clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and can improve exercise tolerance and quality of life,and it is better than Western medicine alone.It has good security. |
