Study On The Correlation Between The Incidence Of Parkinson’s Disease And Yunqi Of The Birth Time Based On The Theory Of Five Movements And Six Qi

Object ive:Based on the theory of five movements and six qi,the paper analyzes the correlation between yunqi of the birth time and Parkinson’s disease,so as to provide new ideas for the early prevention,treatment and nursing of Parkinson’ s disease,and provide theoretical and practical basis for the prevention and treatment of the disease and the application of the theory of five movements and six qi in traditional Chinese medicine to clinical practice.Methods:By using the method of retrospective statistical research,we collected inpatient and outpatient cases from the electronic medical record system of many hospitals in Shandong Province from 2015 to 2019.The case group is the patients whose inpatient diagnosis and outpatient diagnosis are confirmed as Parkinson’s disease,and the control group is the case data of non Parkinson’s disease.We screened out the patient’s medical record number(only inpatient),name,gender and age,place of birth,date of birth,date of admission or outpatient visit,discharge diagnosis or outpatient diagnosis,etc.the basic case information database was established for the two groups respectively.According to the birth date of the patient,the five movements and six qi elements corresponding to the birth time are calculated according to the yunqi theory,the relevant data are improved,and the data are statistically analyzed.First,Chi-square test was used to analyze the distribution differences of the two groups under different yunqi factors,and then logistic regression analysis was used to calculate the key yunqi factors that affect the acquired Parkinson’ s disease,in order to explore the correlationbetween the yunqi of birth time and Parkinson’ s disease.Results:1.Among the single elements of yunqi,there was no statistical significance of the Chi-square test between the case group and control group(P>0.05)in the distribution of disease under any single element of yunqi,such as Tiangan,Dizhi,Suiyun,Sitian Zaiquan,Zhuyun,Keyun,Zhuqi,Keqi,etc,and the logistic regression(P>0.05).2,Among the elements of double yunqi,the Chi-square test results of the distribution of diseases under different YunQiCombination between the case group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results show that the proportion of people with PD is higher than expected in the YunQiCombination of ShunHua,Taiyitianfu,Tianfu,Xiaoni.The results of logistic regression showed that the population born in Taiyitianfu year had the highest risk of Parkinson’ s disease,which was 2.021 times higher than the population born in Xiaoni year,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Between the case group and the control group,the Chi-square test results of the distribution of the disease under the different Suiyun-Sitian were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results show that the proportion of people with Parkinson’s disease is higher than expected in the different yunqi match of Suiyun-Sitian,such as Tai jin-TaiyangHanshui,Taishui-TaiyangHaishui,Taimu-ShaoyinJunhuo,Taihuo-Shaoyinjunhuo,Taitu-ShaoyinJunhuo,Taihuo-Sh aoyangXianghuo,Taitu-ShaoyangXianghuo,Taijin-ShaoyangXianghuo,Taishui-Sha oyangXianghuo,Shaotu-YangmingZaojin,Shaojin-YangmingZaojin,Shaomu-TaiyinS hitu,Shaotu-TaiyinShitu,Shaomu-JueyinFengmu,Shaojin-JueyinFengmu.The results of logistic regression showed that the risk of Parkinson’s disease was the highest in those born in the year of Shaomu-JueyinFengmu,which was 2.103 times higher than that in the year of Shaoshui JueyingFengmusitian,and the result was statistically significant(P<0.05),the other elements were not statistically significant.Conclusion1.There is a certain correlation between the yunqi of birth time and acquired Parkinson’s disease,and it can not be separated from the interaction between Yun and Qi.2.The relationship between the two elements of YunQi and the onset of Parkinson’s disease is particularly significant,among which Taiyitianfu in the Combination of YunQi and Shaomu-JueyinFengmu in the Suiyun-Sitan are the key risk factors for the development of Parkinson’s disease.3.Those who were born with YunQi of Shaomu-JueyingFengmusitian are more likely to form the innate constitution endowment of liver deficiency,lung dryness and middle jiao misfunction,which may be the important pathological basis for the formation of postnatal Parkinson’s disease.
