Research On The Rule Of Zhang Zhenyu’s Diagnosis And Treatment Of Distention And Fullness Based On Statistical Data Mining

Objective:Based on the diagnosis and treatment of medical case as distention and fullness by Zhang Zhenyu,along with the statistical data mining technology,the clinical experience on diagnosis and treatment of distention and fullness by Zhang Zhen Yu was analyzed and excavated,to inherit the clinical experience and academic thoughts of distention and fullness by Zhang Zhenyu.Methods:The research methods of statistical data mining technology were used.According to the included exclusion criteria,the basic information,syndrome differentiation,and drug information of the medical case on distention and fullness were sorted,summarized,and standardized.The processed data was created into an Excel form and entered into the data management and system acquisition platform of Qilu tonic soil school,to form a structured database for the medical records of distention and fullness by Zhang Zhenyu.Using statistical data mining techniques such as frequency statistics and association rules,based the clues as distention and fullness(disease),disease patterns,symptoms and drugs,it was summed up the common medical symptoms,medication characteristics,dialectical considerations on syndrome differentiation,and the main symptoms and signs of distention and fullness,the correlation rules and others by Zhang Zhenyu.Finally,the statistical mining results are compared with the research results of previous traditional theoretical research methods for professional analysis.Results:A total of 638 cases of diagnosis and treatment by Zhang Zhenyu were selected in this study.The main syndrome results of distention and fullness through frequency statistics are shown as:liver-stomach disharmony syndrome,the depressed liver with the insufficient spleen syndrome,liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome,incoordination between the spleen and the stomach syndrome,Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome,and liver qi invading stomach syndrome etc.;the commonly drugs are used by Zhang Zhenyu as following:fructus amomi,radix bupleuri,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,rhizoma cyperi,ginseng,parched white peony root,angelica sinensis,costus root,dried tangerine or orange peel,poria cocos,bark of magnolia;Based on frequency statistics and association rule analysis and statistical mining,the commonly used drugs and core prescriptions for the main syndromes on the diagnosis and treatment of the distention and fullness by Zhang Zhenyu was gained.Conclusion:Zhang Zhenyu believes that the main disease of distention and fullness is caused by Qi,which is divided into Qi deficiency,Qi stagnation and Qi counter-flow.However,its pathogenesis is related to the spleen and stomach Qi(middle air).Therefore,the rules for the treatment shall be based on the soothing liver,invigorating spleen and militate the stomach.Under the guidance of this basic rule,the specific treatment is based on syndrome differentiation.Among them,for those who are mainly shown as Qi stagnation,they shall be conducted the treatment as regulating Qi,running Qi,and promoting the circulation of Qi,which means,soothing the liver and harmonizing the stomach,regulating vital energy,relieve distension and fullness,soothing liver and invigorating spleen,running Qi,relieving distension and fullness,soothing the liver,promoting the circulation of Qi,relieving distension and fullness method;for those who are mainly shown as Qi deficiency,they shall be conducted the treatment as the method of balancing Qi and regulating Qi,that is,strengthening the spleen and stomach,balancing Qi,relieving distension and fullness,nourishing spleen and stomach,regulating Qi,relieving distension and fullness method;for those who are mainly shown as Qi counter-flow,they shall be conducted the lending down abnomally ascending Qi methods,that is,liver-discharging and stomach-harmonizing,lending down abnomally ascending Qi,relieving distension and fullness,and other types of methods;the treatment regulation and syndrome differentiation of distension and fullness by Zhang Zhenyu is based on the diagnosis and treamtment of distention and fullness for protection of healthy atmosphere.the distention and fullness shall be treated by recovering Qi,elevating Qi and lending down abnomally ascending Qi,adjusting wood element and soothing soil element shall be used for the treatment of distention and fullness based the liver rules.
