| Objective:By observing the effect of Shao Yang Sheng Gu Fang under the guidance of " He Jie Shao Yang " theory on internal fixation with cannulated screw for femoral neck fractures in elderly patients with Garden I and Ⅱ,the postoperative hip joint function,fracture healing,femoral neck shortening and other indicators were evaluated,so as to facilitate the evaluation of postoperative overall recovery of patients.Methods:1.Patients with Garden Ⅰ and Ⅱ who met the selection criteria from October 2017 to February 2019 in the Department of Orthopaedics of Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,of which 30 patients were treated with cannulated screw.another 30 patients started to take Shao Yang Sheng Gu Fang for one month on the 8th day after surgery.Regular postoperative follow-up was performed to record the fracture healing,femoral neck shortening,Harris score,abduction and external rotation function,and claudication in the two groups.Statistical analysis was performed on the collected data by statistical software SPSS 21.0.2.Using the network pharmacology method,the mechanism of action of radix buxaihu and radix scutellariae in the treatment of osteoporosis was studied by means of target intersection,protein-protein interaction network construction and enrichment analysis.Results:1.All 60 patients were followed up.In healing time,patients in the treatment group(5.33±1.90)were longer than those in the control group(4.40±1.57),(P<0.05).The Harris score(81.31 ± 9.45)in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(73.03± 10.36)at the 9th months after operation(P<0.01).The Harris score(88.64 ± 8.20)in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(82.27 ± 9.78)at the 12th months(P<0.01).Femoral neck shortening,abduction and external rotation pain were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lameness between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Studies have shown that radix buxaihu and radix scutellariae played a role in the treatment of osteoporosis by regulating IL6,MARK8 and other target genes and VEGF-related pathway and other pathways.Conclusion:Under the guidance of the " He Jie Shao Yang " theory,Shao Yang Sheng Gu Fang treats elderly femoral neck Garden I and II femoral neck fractures,which can shorten the fracture healing time,prevent femoral neck shortening and reduce postoperative complications.It has a definite effect and is worthy of promotion.Radix bupleuri and radix astragali treat osteoporosis from multiple levels,multiple targets and multiple pathways. |
