Clinical Observation Of Bazhen Decoction In The Treatment Of Postoperative Cancer-related Fatigue Due To Deficiency Of Qi And Blood In Breast Cancer

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Bazhen Decoction on postoperative cancer-related fatigue(CRF)in patients with deficiency of Qi and Blood breast cancer,and to explore its correlation with albumin,hemoglobin and c-reactive protein.Methods: Choose 2019 hospitalized in Qingdao hospital of TCM oncology,accords with the standard set of 60 cases of patients with breast cancer,according to 1:1 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group using western medicine foundation treatment,the observation group using western medicine foundation treatment and Bazhen Decotion,compared two groups before and after treatment Piper fatigue rating scale,KPS score,HAD emotional measurement table score and TCM symptoms integral,albumin,hemoglobin,c-reactive protein and other indicators of change.Results: In Piper fatigue scale score,KPS score,HAD mood scale score,TCM syndrome score and c-reactive protein,the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with statistical differences.There was no significant difference in albumin and hemoglobin levels between the two groups after treatment.The correlation of albumin,hemoglobin and c-reactive protein with Piper fatigue scale score and TCM symptom score was not statistically significant.Conclusion: Bazhen Decoction combined with western medicine basic treatment can more effectively alleviate the fatigue symptoms of patients with postoperative cancer fatigue caused by deficiency of Qi and Blood compared with western medicine basic treatment alone,improve the physical condition and mood of patients,and to a certain extent reduce the inflammatory reaction in the body.
