Clinical Study Of Naokang Granule In The Treatment Of Cognitive Dysfunction Related To Cerebral Small-vessel Disease

ObjectiveObserve the clinical research effect of Naokang Granules in the treatment of cognitive impairment related to cerebral small vessel disease,and improve the ability and level of daily life of such patients.This study uses a randomized controlled grouping method,divided into 2 groups.The control group and the observation group apply different treatment plans to better observe the treatment of the two groups of patients,with a view to cerebral small vessel disease related cognitive impairment Give new ideas on treatment.MethodsThe subjects were all treated at the Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangdong Province(including the inpatient department and outpatient department),and were clinically judged to be cognitive impairment related to cerebral small vessel disease.The hospitalization date was from January 2019 to January 2020.A total of 90 patients.Regardless of which group all patients were divided into,they received basic treatment for cognitive impairment related to cerebral small vessel disease.Then 45 patients in the control group were given Niergoline tablets,and 45 patients in the observation group were given oral Naokang granules.The study lasted for 8 weeks,4weeks/course,2 courses in total.After enrollment,patients will be evaluated for research observation indicators before treatment.Indicators include Simple Mental State Examination(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(Mo CA),Activities of Daily Living(ADL)using a modified Barthel index rating scale,and TCM syndrome Waiting for scoring,etc.;after the end of the treatment,all patients will be scored again for the appeal index.The researcher records the data of each assessment and keeps the data twice.After the research is over,the statistical software SPSS22.0 is used to process the research results to facilitate analysis and summary.ResultsThe four observation indicators of MMSE,Mo CA,MBI,and TCM symptom scores in this study were compared and analyzed before and after treatment.It was found that there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of these four indicators between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).The difference of these four indexes after treatment in the group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the scores of MMSE,Mo CA and MBI were three indexes after treatment.The observation group(Naokang granule group)scored higher than the control group(Nicergoline tablets).Group),while the scores of TCM symptoms were lower in the observation group(Naokang granule group)than in the control group(Niergoline tablet group).ConclusionNaokang granules are effective in treating cognitive disorders related to cerebral small vessel disease,and have significant changes in cognitive functions.At the same time,they can improve the ability and level of daily life of such patients.It can spread the therapeutic thinking in the treatment of related diseases,and try to promote it.
